We ordered 2 sofas and only 1 was delivered. Cocoon ‘overlooked’ making the other one - didn’t ’overlook’ the payment though. Very slow to come back to us on progress. No apology, offer of a loan one, money off etc. Wish I hadn’t ordered off them.

Haven't received it, you 'overlooked' it in the build process. You have delivered one of the two, but didn't 'overlook' the money being paid in, though? No sincere apology over the missing one (offer of a discount or a loan of a sofa, for example) and we are constantly chasing for an update on delivery. Shocking.

Online store and delivery was great, but was unable to pay via the link they sent which was broken, so after some back and forth I had to pay via bank transfer, and therefore was unable to use a credit card to gain points

Very happy, we love our new sofa. It is well constructed and very comfortable. The whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. Great support from the sales crew in store. Construction and delivery all went as planned.

Once ordered, update was good and the delivery company was very good and the two delivery man were excellent, service with smile ( I would give them 9 stars) There’s a tatre on the left hand corner of the sofa, the driver has a photo and he said he will report back to you and you will get in touch. The sofabed was delivered on 11 of June, not heard from you guys not even acknowledged !!! Very disappointed!! Hope it will get sorted. Tried to call no answer. Hope to hear from you soon !! I have done the on line review for the delivery company.

Sales was good and engaging. Ordering on-line for basic items is fine. Paying was odd as demand for payment wasn't from Cocoon, but from another company owned by the same person who owns Cocoon.

Wonderful Charlotte sofa bed delivered on time, with care, fully set up & demonstrated by the delivery team. Exactly as ordered. 1st use was when our daughter visited and she had a lovely sleep praise indeed. My wife & I used it for two nights as we had fitted wardrobes installed we can also verify a great sleep. A firm mattress, a comfortable sofa so pleased with our choice & this great looking product.

Brilliant experience. The process was completely straight forward and the delivery personnel were fantastic. The product itself is amazing - really comfortable, both as a sofa and a bed, lots of very useful storage and so easy to convert.
