Lovely, good quality chair bed. Firm to sit on and looks comfortable to sleep on, but not tested yet. Seems strong and well made. Cocoon communicated well during the manufacturing process and provided delivery information. The two delivery men were helpful and removed all the packaging. I would recommend Cocoon.

You get a really good nights sleep and a lovely day lounging on your corner sofa bed. A quality product that looks and feels great!

My sofa was delayed significantly which was disappointing. I had bought from Cocoon before and everything was completed in time on that occasion. The delivery was good when it happened however I felt that the communication from the delivery firm said that if they couldn’t deliver on 3 dates that they gave then they would charge storage. I felt that this was wrong since my sofa had been delayed significantly and we had a holiday booked for the delivery date, we were at home when the sofa was supposed to be ready.

Very comfortable as a bed or sofa. Easy conversion with a decent mattress.

Really like my sofabed, beautiful weaved pebble colour, and so easy to asemble. It ison the harder side, but still very comfortable. The greatest thing is when it becomes a bed, basically a king size.

Absolutely brilliant company. The sofa bed is exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. The service and communication were first class from start to finish. Delivery was again brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy with all aspects of our order.

Helpful Video call with Salesman who showed us various sofa beds. It doesn't quite make up for being able to sit on the sofa and pull out the bed in reality. However, thus far, we are very pleased with our purchase. We haven't had a chance to sleep on it as yet.

We love our new sofa bed. It’s only been slept on once, but we were told it was great. A firm sleep, but guess that’s normal for a sofa bed. Our son loves it in his play room (which is more gaming room these days). It definitely looks quality. It came with a mark on a section of it, but we had it replaced so easily, without us needing to do this ourselves. Great customer service too.
