They sell excellent coffee machines, but the area where they really shine even more is in the follow-up support. I bought my machine 5 years ago and the tech department is still willing to put serious time and effort (at no charge) into helping me maintain and service my machine.

Clive shipped the item quickly and it came with some freebies, like a bag of coffee and virtual coffee classes. I think I was supposed to receive a pH test kit, though, and there wasn't one in the box.
