Courteous and helpful staff. Shipment arrived on time. Web site indicated my coffee maker was in stock but it actually had to be shipped from the mfg's warehouse. Seems in stock on the web site doesn't necessarily mean in house locally. Might have to be shipped from their warehouse. Suggest you call to confirm local availability.

I purchased an espresso machine from Clive Coffee and the experience was great! I now start all my accessories shopping on the Clive Coffee website. All items I received from Clive Coffee were shipped in proper boxes and arrived in great shape. I also loved their espresso making tutorials.

I bought this because the black rubber gasket that came as part of the E61 Group Head Maintenance Kit wouldn't fit in my Profitec Pro 700 for some reason (the one I bought the previous year fit fine, so maybe something changed since 2024?). This silicone gasket fit great, and worked like a charm with no cussing required. I would've saved 2 hours of struggle and a lot of frustration if I had just bought this one when it was time to do my annual maintenance.

Clive Coffee has been wonderful to work with. Folks that work there are son knowledgeable about the different espresso machines. Their exchange program is great. I purchased a Luca tempo but after 3 weeks he said that I wanted to upgrade to a dual boiler. They made the transaction easy and were helpful with the change out.
