I purchased a Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose Pro coffee grinder. I'm very happy with the results of the grinder. In the course of use I managed to drop the Oak bellows cap on the kitchen floor. A portion of the lip of the cover broke off. Disappointing but that's life. I called Clive's customer service fully expecting to purchase a replacement cover. To my surprise Clive Coffee replaced with no change explaining to me it was under the one year warranty. I was quitesurprised and appreciative. I have added a cushioned floor mat to mitigate the inevitable next accidentally flub. Thank you Clive Coffee.

Awesome machine! Heats up super quick, shots pull nicely, and the steam wand is incredibly powerful. If you want to make great espresso based coffee at home, this machine will not let you down! Plus, it looks real nice on the counter.

The Pullman basket is an outstanding product. No bells or whistles, this basket still stands out as one of the best in the industry. Highly recommended for any home barista, regardless of expertise.

It’s a perfect fit to my Sanremo Cube R. The black knob matches my machine’s aesthetics and provides great control of the flow. Installation was pretty easy too since there was no need to replace tue existing spring that came with my machine.

The Lucca a53 overall is perfect, keeps up with our needs. Only problem I had was the bottomless portafilter ear was messed up on arrival so I can’t use it but other than that I love!! Would definitely recommend!
