I couldn't be happier with my Profitec Ride from Clive Coffee. Both Clive Coffee and Profitec companies have been wonderful to work with, deal with and the service, product and delivery could not be better. The Profitec Ride is a wonderful machine and the addition to my coffee bar has taken my home brew to a level I could only have expected from a professional system and bar. Pulling shot, steaming milk, drawing water are quick, easy and have been professional grade. While the owner's manual states the system warms in 20 minutes, I have yet to have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get my first shot pulled and the system allows me to pull 6 double shots back-to-back without dropping more than 10 degrees F in the process. Steaming milk is quick and I can steam a full 8-ounce pitcher to 160 F (I like my milk extra hot) in 30 seconds. Working with Clive was simple, easy and their customer service department is quick, efficient and kept me informed of my package from order to delivery. Absolutely will recommend Clive Coffee and Profitec to anyone from the home brewer to the professionals. Thank you for a great experience and the process was outstanding. Looking forward to the best of times with my new set up and a long relationship with Clive.

I love my new Aiden coffee maker! After a bit of a learning curve it is easy to use, set, and totally enjoy. The folks at Clive Coffee are always helpful and very friendly.

I have been enjoying THE HECK out of my Profitec Ride for about 5 months. The exclusive-to-Clive Coffee matte black finish with wood handles is stunning to gaze upon. I did try to make due with a cheaper machine for like 5 months many years ago, and perhaps I just didn't have the patience to dial it in, but this Ride is soooo easy and forgiving. Clive reps were very accommodating to my numerous calls before purchasing, which was a bit hectic as the tariff nonsense was getting into full swing just as this new model was coming out.

Overall, fantastic portafilter! The quality is good as usual with Lucca products. The only thing that surprised me was that the weight was pretty front heavy vs the non wood bottomless version. The more I use it, the more I get used to it though. It looks amazing and works as expected. Overall pleased!

Clive was very helpful when I contacted them with shipping info for my coffee grinder and shipping was great with my Espresso machine.

Had the replacement part for my ECM and shipped it quickly.

Customer service was excellent. I was sent the wrong part the first time, they were quick to respond. I was sent a used part the second time which I was disappointed about but it was either take the used part or wait longer for the correct part.

When I decided to purchase the Eureka Atom W 65 Espresso Grinder I compared multiple vendors, including the main ones Seattle Coffee Gear, Whole Latte Love, and Clive Coffee. Since I live near Portland Oregon I was able to visit Clive Coffee and they demonstrated the Eureka Atom W 65 Espresso Grinder for me with a 53 mm portafilter - this was very important for me as I am currently using a 54 mm portafilter and both Seattle Coffee Gear and Whole Latte Love told me it was not compatible with the Eureka Atom W 65. Clive Coffee staff were super helpful and seeing it in action sealed the deal.
