Excellent service and instructions

I contacted Clive because my ECM Mechanika V Slim would not heat up. The techs went through a complicated troubleshooting process with me and continued to help me until the problem was identified. They didn't have the part I need to do the repair so they referred me to someone who had it. The part arrived today and I'm back to making coffee again. I rate this as truly superb customer service.

They were great with my pesky OCD questions! Shipping and delivery were as expected.

I bought my first machine 8 years ago from Clive. It needed service. The tech was up front on the long wait to get parts. I bought a MaraX online as a replacement without a lot of interaction with Clive. The staff was very helpful when living with the MaraX went badly. They helped me decide that I really needed a different machine and helped me get it. Thanks for the great support

I purchased a Profitec Move in December based on a recommendation from Clive Coffee. I do very much appreciate the excellent customer service at Clive Coffee. There are several places to purchase high quality espresso machines and I choose Clive because of there excellent customer services. I am really enjoying the Move. The one recommendation is to provide directions for a recommended setup/settings. There are a lot of settings with the Move and I have not found any videos or even the owners manual that recommends a base setup for say infusion - turn it on and try these settings or turn it off.
