I had the rim of a Coffee Grinding Collection cup break. No one stocks it. It would have been very easy for Molly to say, sorry, here you need to buy this or that to replace. No, Molly said let me make sure the other brand would even fit AND let me check if we have a spare one. She found an original one from the back and BAM! That is going the extra mile. Molly went above and beyond.

I love this company! From pre-sales, to shipping, to service, my experience has been excellent. I appreciated the support team's assistance with the many questions I had about the kit I was considering (machine, grinder, etc). They even went into their "lab" to test and measure a few things to answer my questions completely (shout out to Molly for all her support!). I did have an issue with my initial grinder and tech support really came through. After much assistance to see if the problem could be corrected at home, there was zero delay in shipping a new unit out to me. Given I live in Hawaii, a lesser company might have balked due to shipping. Not Clive. Bottom line. The people at Clive are friendly, courteous, eager to help, and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You can't ask for a better group to work with. Highly recommended
