Very nice store with helpful staff. I checked ahead to see if the item I wanted was in stock. They gave me a demo of the coffee grinder and did in fact have the item in inventory. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

After many years of using filtered water, various bottled waters, I finally decided to control the mineral content of my water and bought both the Espresso and Classic Third Wave Water packets. I am using them in my espresso machine and for my Pour Overs and AeroPress. Depending on the bean/roast I sometimes dilute the packets to 1/2 strength depending on the amount of extraction power I want. I have been very happy with them. I feel like the frequent struggle with getting a sour leaning cup has large gone away and it is one less variable to deal with. I simply add it to a gallon of distilled water and have not found it to be much more than the bottled waters I was previously buying. One more step in the right direction on my coffee journey to the perfect cup!
