Loved my Casper sheets. They were discontinued. So i contacted costumer service and was told hyperlink sheets were comparable. Hated them. Contacted customer service again. Was told since they were open they couldn't help me. I responded and they never got back to me. These sheets are a terrible quality. I won't be back

I like the bed and it’s comfortable for me, but my wife doesn’t like it

Very comfy- professional and quick delivery. I wish it didn’t cost $250 for them to take away my old mattress but at least they had that as an option.

Everything went as you said it would for the delivery.

Sadly this mattress (casper One) is way too hard for me. . . . . I have now gone to a store that sells Caspers and i tried the Cloud one and the dream and both were too hard also. . . . . i will have to return this during the return window. . . . . I regret that becuz i think the delivery and service have been good but that does not solve my problem w the firmness of the mattress. . . . I guess the take away from this tale is that mattresses are too personal to buy without trying. . . . .

not worth money-pillows

Being told I won’t receive the missing pin for my foundation for 5 or 6 days and it won’t ship overnight sucks. Casper has to do better.

I love the dream mattress, I sleep better, back does not hurt, I get up refreshed!

The Casper team has been very helpful, everything felt easy, even picking up our old mattress for recycling.
