Casper has great, quality products. The buying experience was no-pressure and allowed me to decided what mattress was for me on my own time. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very good buying experience.

The mattress is great. It arrived so fast. But since it was a warranty replacement for one of our XL twins, we were disappointment because it is a different height from our old XL twin. So now our bed looks lopsided.

I got this bed because I've been looking for a replacement beige dog bed that actually has thicker foam. My one gripe about this is the design. It is horrible. They give you 4 of the same sized edge foam, and its super difficult to put the bed together. One of my edge foams also was stained yellow?? Super expensive bed so I thought it would have better QC and design.

The salesperson (Reagan) on the phone was extremely helpful in finding a bundle that reduced the price. And she made delivery and haul off arrangements. Perfect experience with the Southlake rep. Thank you!

Fortunately, I kept a record of contact for original Caspar mattress purchase, when the store was at The Street in Chestnut Hill. I eventually tracked him to the Natick Mall, didn’t know they’d moved.

Our delivery was on time and he helped us get the mattress into the bedroom.
