I tried to return it. I don’t like it. I was told by the sales associate I have 120 days to return it. When I went to return it. The customer service bot told me I was unable to return pillows. I would not have bought it if I knew I wouldn’t be able to return. I’m very disappointed.

We purchased a Casper Dream Max mattress since my wife has had an aching hip for several years and we hoped a new mattress would help. We got the Dream Max since it was rated well in consumer reports for side sleepers. We are very happy with the purchase as she now wakes up with no hip pain at all most of the time. As an added bonus I had been dealing with shoulder pain that has significantly reduced since the new mattress.

I bought the first ever Casper available and loved it. Then I bought the Cloud One 10 years later because the original was no longer available. This one is not as firm, and it doesn’t hold its shape like the original. I’m upset with myself for not having returned it within the 100 day risk free trial. I’ve only had this mattress for 6 months and it’s already showing signs of breaking down. I do not recommend this mattress for anyone who is looking for the quality of the original Casper.

Great, easy to purchase, comfortable, no smell as some foam mattresses have. In store help makes it a pleasure, thanks Jandelle at the Huntington Walt Whitman store!

The pillow isn’t for me personally. It’s too raised with all the inserts and it’s too flat without them. I wasn’t going to leave a review but the email to leave one keeps getting sent to me even though I unsubscribed every time I’ve gotten one. Super annoying.

Very expensive for what you get. Shop around. I didn't have a final say. It works, does what is claimed, but other options much less expensive.
