I had to go through many customer service people, it took a long time, and no body came to remove my old matress through sharetown, so i had to remove the bed by myself.

Our dog bed needed a new cover. The bed is four years old & still very comfy for our good boy. The new cover fits perfectly & refreshes the environment--as if it were a whole new bed. Thank you, Casper!

Not a good gift for others considering a new-out-of-the-box item behaves like the hundreds of defective items online. Requires hours of initial charging for validation that it even works. You or your gift recipient will think they have a 1-pack or 2-pack of overpriced plastic paperweights on their hands with a breakable charge base (as reported my hundreds online). Stay clear. Enrolls in endless, unsubscribable marketing emails when you just requested email delivery of receipt.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but I have gotten a good night sleep

Shipping was swift and without issue. However, The One mattress ended up being a lot softer than I anticipated from its advertised medium-firm description. It's ok to sleep on, but changing positions or getting in and out of bed are kind of an uncomfortable workout. Because I wasn't able to unpack and use this new mattress for about 3 weeks after receipt (I had just moved and then went on a trip), it's too late to return it - otherwise I would.

Great add-on

I had the original pillow for about 5 years. The feathers separated over time and eventually it got too lumpy, so I decided I needed a new pillow and I wanted it to be more supportive. The Hybrid is most comfortable for side sleeping but I sometimes sleep on my stomach and laying on the edge of the pillow still works. I have had it for a few weeks now and I am happy with it. Just know that you cannot return this once buying so make sure to try it in store first!

I ordered the two pack to set up a glow pair. Both lights had faulty buttons on one end that would only intermittently function. Neither light worked out of the box, but after reading the full manual, I learned how to reboot them (didn't work) then a factory reset (still didn't work) but after yet another reboot, they both were able to connect to the app. This was particularly difficult with both of them having faulty buttons on one end. Then they would randomly unpair from each other, a problem that continues to this day. They are also very touchy about sitting on the charging stand and if you're not careful, they will lose charge and stop working altogether. Until you reboot them. . .

Have bought 4 Casper mattresses over the past several years. Mattresses are outstanding. Sheets not of the same quality they use to be. Seems like perhaps Casper was trying to stay around an affordable price point while the cost of sheets are rising like everything else.

I like the bed a lot but noticed my back has been hurting a little more than usual

The purchase was simple; we got a great deal. The mattresses were delivered right to our front door. We dragged them into the bedroom, opened them up and waited a short time for them to full expand. Removed the bedding from the old mattresses and setup the new mattresses. Very simple and we sleep great on them.

I can't believe that queen size mattress came out of that little rectangular box. It would be nice to have handles on each side of mattress to move easier.
