The people at the store in Salt Lake City were outstanding. Unfortunately store closed otherwise I would send everyone I know their way.

To big for the pillow they don’t stay on constantly adjusting them. Wouldn’t recommend

fast service, easy to follow instructions

The arrival of the mattress was timely and without issue

One the one hand we liked the way were were updated on any shipping changes. One the other hand there were a lot of changes, mostly due to bad weather in Memphis. Ultimately everything arrived.

it doesn't feel great and the bedsheets doesn't fit anymore. doesn't seem to be a goos product

Shipped To us immediately - Great service!

What I don't like is the lack of edge support. It already seems worn after only a few months. Mattress has the right combination of support and comfort.

I had a misunderstanding with the day that the sale was ending, and when I called the representative, they were able to help me out. I’m very happy with the customer service and delivery of the mattress.

The whole purchase, delivery and setup experience was very smooth.

I purchased this mattress for my daughter. She loves it

So far seems good I have MS and it has helped with that. I thought I purchased the filling one but it’s obvious I did not. Sweating and sticking to the sheets isn’t comfortable.

Jana was so helpful on the phone!

Fast shipping, practical unwrapping And Fantastic customer service

Terrible. The charger doesn’t work after 2 weeks

Love my new mattress. Sleeping better than ever!

Easy to order, great communication, and on-time delivery. It required 2 people to take it upstairs and put it on the bed, but that was expected.

Great company, just not super pleased with my mattress this time. It just doesn’t compare to my others.

Purchasing was super easy too - they roll it up in a medium size box that lets you bring it home easily, especially if you live in a city / apartment / narrow walkup.

I bought my stuff in a Casper store. Five star service!
