Setup instructions were clear, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. What really earns the five stars is their customer service. Any questions I had were handled quickly and politely, with no hassle. The trial period and return policy also show a lot of confidence in their product and respect for the customer. Even if the mattress itself comes down to personal preference, Casper runs a reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly business. I’d absolutely recommend the company based on the overall experience.

Really enjoy our new mattress. Shipped extremely quickly and has approved our sleep quality immensely. I'm a back and side sleeper. My partner is a stomach sleeper. And it's been a joy for the both of us.

On time and easy purchase.

I purchased our mattress online and it shipped quickly. The mattress arrived without any damage, was easy to set up and provides even, comfortable support. I have no regret buying from Casper!

Overall, in-store experience was great. However, the transaction process was difficult. We were never made aware that there was a hold on our account. Our credit card was charged immediately but our order was delayed and no communication or ability to track why. Several back and forths with customer service resolved. Also, there really should be a white glove option. For the price, carrying these bases up 3 flights of stairs was not for the faint of heart. Overally, love our new bed. Getting it and installing it, not the best experience for the price tag.

Smell is way stronger than anything I expected. It has lasted for weeks and I’m very disappointed. It was so strong for at least 2 weeks, I could smell it at the top of the stairs
