They didn't arrange for take back of the mattress I returned but had me find a place for it. Otherwise the service was very good.

Very dissatisfied with my purchase. I bought one of your pillows four years ago and loved it for so long. Eventually it became lumpy and deformed as pillows typically do, so I said to myself I’m buying a new one but the same kind. I went to the Casper store at South Point mall and purchased two new pillows. To my dismay, both pillows entered the deformed lumpy phase only three weeks or so into my ownership of them. Something has changed with your product quality, perhaps a change in material? Whatever the case may be, your product is no longer what it once was. I hope this helps

My dog is obsessed with this bed. I read 100s of reviews about dog beds before just making the leap and getting this one and I'm so glad I did. She'll leave MY bed to go sleep in it, she likes it so much.

Excellent overall! Arrived fast at our home. Even the Kind size mattress was fairly easy to bring into the room (main floor, that helps). easy enough to unpack (as long as you have placed it on the bed before opening it). It untolls itself really. Very comfortable. The only thing we don't like is the smell. Once the mattress is out of the box and on the bed, the smell is there for 4 or 5 days. Then, a much milder smell persists for a few more weeks when and if you sleep on your front. We've had ours for several months, and the smell is completely gone. A wonderful mattress!

Excellent. Choose to have their contractor set up the bed and take old mattress. The guy was quick and respectful. He told us there was a minor missing part. Called Casper support and they sent it out within a week.

The service to pick up the mattress was unreliable and didn’t even come remove it from the room. Mattress is nothing special, not worth the price at all.

When I read the description online I thought it said that I could return it, but when I spoke to customer service I was told that used pillows were not returnable. So I lost $75 .

happy thus far

Had high hopes seeing there were a few thousand good reviews, but this bed is not what we were expecting. We have a human Casper mattress and love it, so I thought this dog bed would be the same. This bed is EXTREMELY firm. . . our dog is around 70 lbs and does not sink into this at all when he lies down. After the first two nights, we had to cover it with a bed sheet because the surround material is very rough, so we were hearing every time our dog would move around and readjust. We have contemplated returning it as our dog just does not look as comfortable as he did on his old bed and will sometimes now get off of it and go lay on the carpet instead. This seems to be made well, but I hope Casper considers revisiting the cover material and interior foam.
