It was so easy to assemble. I did need help since it made it a little easier when putting things in place but I think one person could still get it done. It was just quicker with 2 of us

This is our 4th or 5th mattress from Casper we like the quality and feel . But I will say at this price point you should include home set up. I am a good size man and the weight of your mattress can be a problem to set up

I had questions and the guy who helped me was great.

I was told when they installed the bed that you sell an adjustable base that also goes up and down. I would have bought that in a heart beat. I was asking about the heeight of the bed. . . . you would have thought you could have mentioned this option.

It was pulling teeth to get the bed delivered and set up.

I am team Casper. The foam they use is superior and does NOT breakdown over time. It is a bit firm but that is what I prefer. Love the dog beds as well for the same reason. Would like to have a choice of a patterned cover vs solid only. Maybe a puppy paw pattern? Anything that would hide the dirt, slobber etc,,,,that my dogs manage to get on them.

The ordering was seamless and the shipping was fast and convenient.

Online ordering and shipping the same as any other company nothing special. Took almost 2weeks to be delivered and very over priced for plastic pins. . but it is what it is. . . needed them to hold frame together

Ultimately resolved the issue, but was a pain to get there.
