Terrible service with shipping. Ended up costing me more because the store didn’t honor my request to wait for me to decide if I wanted white glove service or store pick up. Instead they went ahead and sent by UPS without checking with me. That’s the only delivery method I said I didn’t want. I will not be buying from you again.

Good communication. It took a little longer for the mattress to ship than the frame but we ordered over the holidays so that could have impacted it.

Everything was great. It came in about one week. The pillow is heavenly.
