Fantastic! Love my new mattress

The sales person took his time to answer all of my questions...and I had ALOT of questions. He was kind, patient and really funny. Thanks Casper!

Awesome service and customer support!

We love this mattress! It is unbelievably comfortable.

Casper is great.. delivery partner in my area was really bad

See previous page.

This is by far the worst mattress I have ever slept on. My husband and I have been struggling with severe neck and back pain since getting this and haven’t had a single night of good rest. The mattress is lumpy and so uncomfortable and Casper refuses to take it back. we regret ever purchasing from this company as it was ridiculously expensive and not at all worth the price. The quality does NOT match the price point. Avoid this at all costs!! Customer service is a nightmare and refuses to help. In the event you are actually able to connect with a human and not an AI bot, they will just throw generic script response at you. They are not customer centric AT ALL and I hate this mattress so much. My back and neck is utterly ruined and Casper refuses to help

Happy with all our purchases.

We are loving our Casper mattress and pillows. The ordering process was easy and everything shipped out quickly. The setup of the foundation and unwrapping of the mattress could not have have been simpler. We are happy with our purchase.

Easy purchase and arrived quick

Mattress came in a timely manner

Shipping was great. Miss my old Casper

Delivery took forever

Great inexpensive mattress?

I’ve purchased so many pillows due to the arthritis in my neck and your pillows are the best!!!

good customer service but the mattress was not the right firmness for our family

I returned these pillows and still haven’t gotten my refund. Please refund!

I would and do recommend casper at every opportunity!!

This is the third mattress topper I have bought from Casper, and it's the first one that seemed to have been not cut very well and the foam itself was kind of mashed down in the corners. It has somewhat recovered but still isn't great. Just didn't want to through the process of trying to package it up to send back.
