Awful experience - I ordered a bundle with bed frame, mattress and sheet set. I paid extra for delivery and setup. Things were going smoothly, I had a confirmed delivery date and time slot when suddenly it was cancelled the day before and my items were “lost”. My speedy order and delivery has turned into a 3 month fiasco. I still don’t have my purchased items or confirmed delivery for anything. Highly disappointed

The shipping and service was good. The mattress came in a vacuum sealed bag. It was easy to set up.

I used the white glove service since I needed to get rid of my old very big and very heavy mattress, which needed to be brought downstairs to be removed from my house. The delivery people did a great job, were very cooperative and took great care not to damage anything when bringing out the mattress. The online email confirmations were also very good.
