If you have a California King mattress from Casper, do not buy these sheets because they do not fit. The flat sheet is about 10 inches shorter than advertised so it can not be tucked under the mattress at the foot of the bed. I contacted Casper to let them know and was sent a replacement set that had the same issue. I am now on my third set of sheets that have all had this issue. I have given up trying to get them to send me sheets that fit. I wash them according the the washing instructions listed on the tag so shrinking should not be an issue.

Horrible return policy on pillows -

Great product and excellent customer service. The reason I took two stars away is because it seems like those in the warehouse either don’t follow the work orders accurately or there is a lapse in communication between them and customer service.

The sheet set is of very good quality. I love it. The Customer Service is excellent all the way. Had to Return an item and they paid for the Return Shopping.
