I love this pillow and how it’s always cool on my skin.

fantastic bed. not too soft, molds to my body. the delivery was terrible. they were supposed to put my bed together and get rid of the old mattress and frame, but they didn't, they just dropped it off. i paid extra for setup and disposal and i don't have any way to get my money back

After unboxing, we thought the mattress was defective due to nearly 2 days of waiting for it to expand to its full size. The mattress is really firm. Since it is rated for side sleepers, we thought there would be a bit more softness to it. It’s better than the mattress we had prior, but I’m not sure we would purchase another Casper product based on this one.

Our metal frame arrived damaged with a broken foot and bent footing. We’re currently supporting our bed with wooden blocks. I emailed Casper, reporting the damage (with our order number included) and received no reply.
