No issues. Delivery in a box is convenient. The trial period is better than everyone else's

Casper over all is great but the cooling pillows don’t beat the feather down king sized pillows.

Honestly not that much different from a standard mattress. Doesn’t feel much more comfortable and would not recommend.

Could be a little more firm, but Casper rep was very helpful in allowing me to exchange for a different mattress.

The order processing and confirmation of my order took 3 days and then another 4 days to ship it seems excessively long for a typical order.

So far I am really enjoying the Original Cooling Pillow. When I first tried it at the mattress store, I was testing out a new mattress with my husband, but couldn't help but notice how comfortable the pillow was. I ended up getting the pillow, but was surprised by how much fluffier / thicker it was compared to the one at the store. I was nervous it might be TOO thick and uncomfortable, but thankfully that has not been the case. My neck / head feels supported and I've been sleeping well on it.

I never got a shipping email from Casper! I did get a payment confirmation email. I checked my spam and trash folders but shipping emails were nowhere to be seen. I actually requested to return the pillow (potentially before it was shipped) but I never got that confirmation receipt for it either. I'm not sure what went wrong there. It's fine now because I ended up liking the product to keep it so I don't need to return it. But I would've definitely needed to reach out to get that solved had I needed to return my purchase.

Shay helped me in store and was very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I tried several beds for a LONG time and Shay was very patient. The perfect balance of available and helpful, but also let me do my thing in the store. She followed up with me and made sure I got the best price possible. Loved Shay and I love my new bed!
