Not satisfied with mattress

Am I rating the item or the buying experience? The item is great, the buying experience is like a fever dream and its because of the confusion you create about "casper store" vs buy it yourself online. I've never seen or heard of a Casper store in my life because you don't have them anywhere near me. So end up in an online chat with a Casper store 2000 miles away who I think is actually with Casper, she isn't and she's offended I ordered it myself. Now you wont stop trying to market to me, jump in every social, email me hourly. . . Im pretty sure used car salesmen are less needy. . .

I like them, though they are a bit firmer than I expected so it may take some time to come to a final verdict.

Walked into store, tried out mattress, paid for it and carried it away in the back of our small SUV. Very pleasant clerk at the store.

Love the bed, the frame and accessories. But ordering it and getting it was one major hassle after another. Other then the original discounts I received, I got an additional discount for the agravation,

Garbage sheets they refuse return because I opened and washed. Complete rip off. Worst sheets I’ve ever had. Customer service zero help.

A bit too tall

The foam mattress is a little too soft for me. I feel I am sinking. I also can feel my spouse move and get in and out of bed.
