Delivery on time, easy to use

Soft, comfortable, and stays on the pillow thanks to the pocket. Perfect for what we needed and great price.

Our task rabbit person was horrible, but the Casper experience itself was fine

great company

Great company - love my new mattress

It arrived on time. Ood condition. Easy set up. Just took me a minute to get used to the fluff amount.

Mattress is great, pillows not so much!

My mom has ordered multiple times with no issues. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and the worst customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

THE CASPER BED IT OK BUT THOSE MATTRESS PADS SOMEHOW NOT SLIP & SLIDE ALL OVER THE BED WHEN A PERSON IS SLEEPING IN THE BED.

Sale rep was efficient and courteous.

Pillow was way to soft and can’t return

Fast shipping

I have not been satisfied with my latest purchase from Casper. One of my pillows is great. The other one is flat and will not expand like it should. Called customer service and was told it would be turned in on the warranty. I have not heard from Casper since. I am disappointed as I have bought several pillows from Casper.

Not the same as the original Casper pillow. Not as firm. Definitely disappointing

I would not recommend in cases where adults still need to sleep with little ones. It's not very comfortable.

Love the Ponce City Market store! Always excellent customer service.

Not that soft

Customer service communication is above and beyond.

Shipping was fast and packing was easy to unwrap

The sheets are so comfortable that I gave some for Christmas gifts
