The return process is unhelp and unnecessary. I understand the donation initiative, however it is not disclosed anywhere on the website that it is the consumers responsibility to donate the item they wish to return, get a receipt, submit it to Buffy, then IF it’s accepted, I get my money back. Very unhappy with the lack of transparency through this process

It’s very comfortable but not as breathable/cooling as I had hoped.

My order was missing the top sheet and I still have not received it. No one has reached back out.

I love the actual blanket. It does keep me cool and I love the pillow oh my God it’s so awesome. The only thing I am not a fan of is the duvet. It catches every piece of hair from my cat and I can’t get it to stay clean for the life of me.

I’m a stomach sleeper trying to convert myself to really any other sleeping position. I’ve tried several other body pillows. This is by far the best sized pillow for me. Love the length for tucking between knees. Love the width to make it easier to move around. Still wide enough for your head to rest. The fill is just ok. It’s not stuffed enough, and as you sleep on it and wear a grove into a spot on the pillow it’s hard to move the stuffing around to refill. Now for the covers - one star. Terrible. I can’t believe what they are charging for them. The linen is so rough. No one wants that on their skin while they are trying to sleep. I haven’t tried the fluffy one. I’m not wasting another $80. It looks like it would be hot. The cover that comes with the pillow is nice. A normal sheet type cover. But they don’t sell them! If you email customer service inquiring about trying to buy one of the lyocell covers their incorrectly trained bot will tell you you can buy that cover. Even though it’s not listed. You will exchange a few emails with said bot, not understanding how you’ve ended up in a world where you have to argue with AI that’s wrong.

Best sheets I’ve ever owned. No regrets purchasing this set. Will buy again and plan to gift sets to my kids.

Received my new cooling pillow, so far I think I like it much more than my previous 'cooling' pillow, which didn't! It doesn't remain as cool as advertised, but I will test it a few more nights. . . . .

I was skeptical at first getting linen sheets but these are the most comfortable sheets I've ever owned. I sleep so much better,and do not get hot any longer at night. I look forward to going to bed these days . These linen sheets are simply amazing.

The order came amazingly fast, looks great, is everything that I was looking for, and that was promised. Very satisfied.

My initial set of breeze sheets tore while under warranty. I got them replaced, but the new sheets are not the same. They are much thinner and tougher, seemingly having a higher thread count, while still being the same material. I am disappointed to see that my replacement breeze sheets are not as comfortable as the ones I originally bought.

Amazing feel. Sometimes I go to bed early just to jump into my new sheets!

I have a set from my daughter - who had a set first and started it all 😊; I just bought a set for my two very good friends - because I am still in love with how soft these sheets are - and cool in summer, warm in winter! They are the best!

Ordered two weeks ago and still no deluvery

Comforter too slippery, and only had 4 ties. Due to the slickness of the comforter, it bunched up badly in the Duvet. Return was different: Donate instead of return.

I have been waiting to hear back about initiating a return and have heard nothing back. The customer service is very frustrating.

Our comforter starting pilling really bad within the first week of using it. Leaves fuzz everywhere. Besides that it is cozy and soft
