This is my third set of Buffy sheets in four years, and while they have all been comfortable and cooling, they’re completely different fabrics. My most recent set is not quite as soft and they are pilling. The inconsistency doesn’t warrant the price. Sadly, I’m not sure I’ll be purchasing from Buffy again.

Nice warm comfortable blanket, came out of the package damaged so I don’t expect it to last long though. Stitching was coming out and corners were torn some.

Silky sheets and great customer service!

Where are the ties on the bottom corners?? It is a wrestling match trying to make the bed without them holding the corners of the Buffy blanket we have. So so disappointing! Paid more than ever before for this duvet and it doesn’t even have the basic requirements for a doublet.

The comforter is very soft and comfortable. It is initially cool to the touch, but definitely doesn’t stay that way while you sleep. Although it doesn’t stay cool, it is not as hot to sleep underneath as the ton of other comforters I’ve tried over the years. The biggest reason for me deducting 2 starts is because it is a lint magnet and, after washing it following the care instructions, it was covered in lint and a white film. I went through an entire lint roller and still did not get all the lint off and now my pajamas and sheets are covered in lint as well. It looks so terrible that I would be embarsssed if someone can into my bedroom and saw it. At this price point, I would think it would look much better.

Horrible customer service, product is not as expected and has issues. Cannot get customer service to reply to my email.

Note: This review is in no way a reflection of Buffy as a company. I purchased the Wiggle Pillow & Puff cover about a year ago. I was basically in a relationship with it (100% ok admitting that). I enjoy that “cocoon” shape a lot. However, a few months in, I noticed I was waking up with rhinitis, pimples on my face, and itchy arms. At first, I did not put two and two together but once I did I tried washing the cover in hot water, All Free & Clear, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer, etc. to no avail. Unfortunately, I had to make the difficult decision to break up with it. I just want to let others with allergies and/or sensitive skin know that this could be an issue. I am wondering if it was mainly the pillow cover itself due to the synthetic/scratchy fabric? Either way, could not risk further reaction so had to give the while unit a heave ho.

Beautifully made! I love the print. I am a huge texture person though and it is a little rough against my skin. I find these ones more decorative.

Pillow is comfortable, maintains its shape and consistency. Love this pillow.

You don't put Polyester or Nylon on a warm body.

I ordered and before I even started using it, I fell and broke my leg in 4 places. It has been my saving grace laid up in bed while I'm immobile! Highly recommend for everyday use and injuries. Fan for life! Can't wait to order more covers just to change it up periodically.

Bright blue! Looks just like the photo. Soft and smooth and keeps my cool all night.

Disappointed never received my order all my money back
