I got the winter weight comforter and it’s absolutely fabulous. I wanted something high loft and this definitely fits the bill. It’s sooooo cozy and warm, yet not too warm. The material is soft so it doesn’t make any crinkle noises. I have tried several comforters and none of them has come close to this one. 100% worth it.

I am having allergy symptoms with my new Buffy and it has been multiple days since I was told by the auto email processing bot that a human would contact me to process the return and nothing has happened.

I have been waiting on someone - a real person- to get in touch with me as the number I have is not a good one and no one will answer my email except to say that my order is in 'transit' and should be here within 3-7 business days!! We are WELL passed that time frame. It is lost or stuck somewhere. I used yalll because you have the Good Housekeeping seal. . I am extremely disappointed. This is the ONE thing my daughter wanted- please could I get another in the mail?? My number is 478-225-8079

I ordered 2 different colors of the Breeze Duvet Covers plus shams to see which I liked better. I only opened the shams in each color. The fabric is very shiny and I hated the feeling as I ran my hand over it. The kind of polyester or other non-natural fabric where the fabric gets caught on little rough places on my hands, if you know what I mean. This is very different from the material the Breeze comforter is made from. Although that is also not a natural fiber, it feels very good to the touch and none of this catching on rough spots of my hands. The colors were deep and the shams seem well made like Buffy's other products. Clearly lots of others like these duvet covers so this is a personal preference. I look forward to getting the cotton duvet cover. I like their return policy where you show your receipt for donating to St Vincent de Paul or Salvation Army or other charitable thrift store and get a full refund.

I like the Breeze Comforter. The fabric feels good to touch. It is designed to be cooling so not high fluff which I like and it is heavy enough not to slide off the bed. It has been warm enough with just sheets under it until we got to below 0 when we needed to throw on more covers! I think it is keeping the night sweats down, including the sheets for the same purpose. Seems very well made. I look forward to trying a duvet cover that I like and can take off to wash to keep my dust allergy at bay. Ordered the cotton duvet cover.

Exactly what I was looking for! The firm option has great neck support and the price is great compared to other brands.

Requested support relating to shipping that has been stuck in transit for the past 15 days(10 business days). Doubly frustrating because I live in the same state I shipped from. Other than mentioning “will look into the issue”, did not address the issue or provide a comcrete update.

Extremely comfy like a cloud, light weight, stylish. Comfortable to sleep with all night. Best purchase ever???? Well it’s a tie between their sheets lol

Does the perfect pillow exist? I don't know, but the Buffy is the best I have found so far.

I haven’t received my order and I ordered it on 11/24, today is 12/14. The item has been in transit in Los Angeles for two weeks, and the delivery address is in Los Angeles so I don’t understand why it hasn’t arrived yet. I emailed customer support and I got an AI response that gave me no information. If my order is not going to arrive, I would like a refund.

I didnt receive the item. I shipped it to moly old address and I dont know how to get it delivered to me now.

Quality control was lacking. The threading was all messed up and likely to come undone. Unfortunately i didn't notice until after I used it

Still waiting for me order a month later. Customer service is non existent

I have had a cloud comforter for about 5 years. It has held up so well I decided that I wanted a bigger one. 5 years later and this is still an amazing comforter that my partner and I can share without getting boiling hot. My only complaint is that this one sheds a bit more. Otherwise, I'm stuck for life. It's a comfortable, adorable blanket that's soft and they even managed to make it less slippery, which was my only complaint for my old one.

Very hard to return or exchange if the product doesn’t work for you. I have issue with the product exchange so I submit a ticket on the web, but never hear back from Buffy.

I got a king size comforter, washed it and dried it and when I took it out of the dryer, it had a lot of little white things on it. The little white things look like what was inside the comforter, the filling…. I was not too impressed with that. I had to get a roller brush and brush off the comforter before putting on my bed.

The blanket ripped very easily, I only had it for a few days.
