A very nice quality bumper. The fill is nice and full but not being hard. The fabric I chose is soft and has a wonderful feeling. This is the 4th one I’ve ordered, so I’m beyond satisfied.

It’s been 2 weeks since my order shipped and I have not received it and I cannot reach a real person in customer service.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from your company to process a return. Your website clearly states that you email to start the process, but I am just getting ai bots that do not recognize my order. I have called your phone number nonstop and sent six emails. I have also filed with the Better Business Bureau to try to process this return. Your website clearly states that you do easy returns, but this has not been easy and I will never be shopping with you guys again.

These are my favorite sheets. It’s like cotton meets silk. And breath good for hot sleepers.

My cloud comforter and cloud sheets are absolutely perfect. The all-season comforter is still *quite warm* and is delicious feeling--just like a marshmallow. The sheets are smooth and cooling and look gorgeous. Customer service was a breeze when I had an issue with the pillowcases that came with my sheet set. Would purchase from Buffy again and will be (and already have been) recommending!

You guys took 9 days to get me my pillow. When I contacted your "support" it didn't help at all they literally just read out the tracking info I could already see! I will never be ordering anything from you again.

I got 2 Buffy pillows after a recommendation from my daughter. My husband and I experienced improved sleep on the first night. We are so happy with Buffy!

I needed something thinner, but I probably didn't research adequately.

We absolve our new bedding! So soft and silky and the pillows are great. Heads up that there is no “free trial” they put a hold on the funds when you order and the trial is over before they arrive.

I got a cotton fitted sheet and it does not fit my mattress. The corners were short. This is for a California King size. So it will not stay on the bed. And it is rough to the touch. The color shadow is inconsistent. I already had the duvet cover in shadow and that came out navy not a charcoal grey, I decided to keep it anyway. Then I got this sheet to match in shadow and it’s charcoal and not navy! What is going on here? This sheet doesn’t even have tags on it for a size, or what materials it’s made of. Pretty mad about all this. This photo you can see the seams pulling and not fitting the corner correctly.

They advertise their products Don’t make you sweaty. Wrong. I sweat all the time.

This comforter is worth the hype. We love it!

I bought two pillows and the breeze comforter (I think that’s what it’s called). Anywho I planned to return it because I felt guilty spending money on myself- I’m a single mom. But I decided to at least try and see and I’m so glad I did. The pillow is so cozy it feels like I am resting in a hug and the comforter is so soft and just the right amount of weight to make me feel like I am surrounded in love and coziness. No more cold nights for me! ♥️

I loved my new Buffy comforter. It is a beautiful blue color and looks great. The only problem is that it's full of wrinkles from the packaging. Any ideas on how to remove them. I don't have a steamer.

I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with my order. You shipped the wrong thing. Then you suggested i should keep it because it's just as good. No way I want what I ordered, 100% linen sheets set if you can't supply that I want a full refund. You have acknowledged you sent the wrong item. Why would you do that to a return customer?
