This blanket would be great if it didn't have these pills all over it. I use the lint roller to get them all off and then the next day it's just as bad. They end up in my hair , all over the sheets and all over my clothing. I hate it.

They feel really nice but after washing once little bits of stuffing are trying to bleed through the blankets and I'm pinching them off as I see them. Not what I expected to happen after a single wash.

Pillow was very big and fluffy. Great!

i did some heavy review reading and comparisons prior to buying these and i was really excited but highly disappointed. they are cool to the touch i’ll admit that but i still found myself warm at night and although i followed the care instructions exactly i found the sheets seemed to pill… not sure if this is just me not familiar with the fabric or if it happened in the wash… not exactly thrilled with my purchase but gave them more stars than i should due to color options and speed of delivery

Would be better if there were more points of contact for the cover - it’s don’t stay in place well. Otherwise like.

After a long wait and a bad customer service experience, this duvet cover finally arrived only to have the color bleached along the packaging folds. Super disappointing but customer service is so bad it’s too annoying to return.

I had purchased these sheets back when there were only 4ish colors. They lasted me 5 years and eventually ripped (odd for sheets/never had that happen before. I still have some sheets from when I was a kid. So very disappointed with that). This new pair feels thicker than my previous pair however they are so wildly larger than the actual bed. The top sheet is insanely long and I kind of actually hate that. If I had other sheets (without rips…) I probably would have returned these to be honest.

I got the winter weight comforter and it’s absolutely fabulous. I wanted something high loft and this definitely fits the bill. It’s sooooo cozy and warm, yet not too warm. The material is soft so it doesn’t make any crinkle noises. I have tried several comforters and none of them has come close to this one. 100% worth it.

I am having allergy symptoms with my new Buffy and it has been multiple days since I was told by the auto email processing bot that a human would contact me to process the return and nothing has happened.

I have been waiting on someone - a real person- to get in touch with me as the number I have is not a good one and no one will answer my email except to say that my order is in 'transit' and should be here within 3-7 business days!! We are WELL passed that time frame. It is lost or stuck somewhere. I used yalll because you have the Good Housekeeping seal. . I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 different colors of the Breeze Duvet Covers plus shams to see which I liked better. I only opened the shams in each color. The fabric is very shiny and I hated the feeling as I ran my hand over it. The kind of polyester or other non-natural fabric where the fabric gets caught on little rough places on my hands, if you know what I mean. This is very different from the material the Breeze comforter is made from. Although that is also not a natural fiber, it feels very good to the touch and none of this catching on rough spots of my hands. The colors were deep and the shams seem well made like Buffy's other products. Clearly lots of others like these duvet covers so this is a personal preference. I look forward to getting the cotton duvet cover. I like their return policy where you show your receipt for donating to St Vincent de Paul or Salvation Army or other charitable thrift store and get a full refund.

I like the Breeze Comforter. The fabric feels good to touch. It is designed to be cooling so not high fluff which I like and it is heavy enough not to slide off the bed. It has been warm enough with just sheets under it until we got to below 0 when we needed to throw on more covers! I think it is keeping the night sweats down, including the sheets for the same purpose. Seems very well made. I look forward to trying a duvet cover that I like and can take off to wash to keep my dust allergy at bay. Ordered the cotton duvet cover.

Exactly what I was looking for! The firm option has great neck support and the price is great compared to other brands.

Requested support relating to shipping that has been stuck in transit for the past 15 days(10 business days). Doubly frustrating because I live in the same state I shipped from. Other than mentioning “will look into the issue”, did not address the issue or provide a comcrete update.

I haven’t received my order and I ordered it on 11/24, today is 12/14. The item has been in transit in Los Angeles for two weeks, and the delivery address is in Los Angeles so I don’t understand why it hasn’t arrived yet. I emailed customer support and I got an AI response that gave me no information. If my order is not going to arrive, I would like a refund.

I didnt receive the item. I shipped it to moly old address and I dont know how to get it delivered to me now.
