It's a beautiful quilt. The thickness and weight are perfect! I've gotten a little warm at times, but not nearly as bad as a traditional quilt, but to be far, I do take a warm bath before bed, so I start off warm. 4 stars only because (like most quilts) I wish it was a bit larger all around, especially length so that I could tuck it in at the bottom. I purchased the queen size.
They claim the sheets and comforter won’t make u sweat. Wrong. I invested over$500 and they r just like my cotton sheets. No difference. Save your money.
I found Buffy's Breeze collection almost 2 years ago when I was struggling with sleep and temperature regulation. I purchased the bundle with sheets, comforter, and duvet cover. I'm hooked! The sheets are silky and soft next to your skin. The breeze comforter is perfect for the winter, it is lightweight but warm and breathable. It has helped improve my sleep. I joke that I am bedding snob now because if it isn't eucalyptus, I find that the bedding doesn't breathe enough for my liking! My only complaint is that the fitted sheets lose their elasticity in the corners after about a year of wash and wear. To be fair, I use the same set of sheets all year long and wash them weekly. So maybe that is pretty good for 52 washes? I recently got a new set and was pleased to see a reinforced elastic at the corners, so perhaps this will fix the issue.
Sheets had hole in them and seem to have poor craftsmanship. Taking longer than expected to get these returned and get a refund.
The quality was nice, the only problem my sheet set had was my pillow cases came with some of the stitches pulled out, and the pillow case itself was unevenly sown.
Every bedroom has a buffy duvet and I've loved them for years. Unfortunately, the duvet cover and sheets are awful. They don't fit properly, they pill, and they become discolored. I don't understand how a bedding company can get this so wrong. I did like the feel of the fabric, but I can't keep them on my bed. They look old and worn. I will not be spending money on these products ever again. I've purchased cheap sheets and duvet covers from Amazon and Wayfair that are better quality than these were.

I love the comfort and feel of the blanket and it does not overheat me. My only qualm is that the color I got is a lot lighter than what appeared like online (heirloom silver) I don’t feel like going through the return process to get a darker color so it will be fine, but wanted to call that out for anyone else looking to buy this color.
Comfy, but the customer service is very hard to reach. Not sure I would reorder due to that bc the quality and price is not worth the hassle
I have no complaints about your products and even quite like them. So after I bought your Micro Breeze series for the first time in summer, when the weather turned cold, I immediately planned to come back and purchase your winter products. But later I found that when there are no problems with your products, everything is perfect. But as soon as there is a tiny issue, it makes you start to doubt your life. You don't have a phone service, but your email service always replies to customers promptly, yet it can't solve any problems. It's more like an AI. After you explain the situation, it gives you some official answers and then says that a human customer service or a professional team will contact you as soon as possible, but there's no follow-up after that. You have to keep sending emails, and it's the same process over and over again. When there's a reply that might be from a human or a team, it doesn't simplify the problem either. I bought a product with a "buy two get one free" offer, and your system gave me the wrong number and color. I immediately informed you as soon as I found out after placing the order, asking if it could be changed directly or if I could cancel it. The reply was that I could only return it after receiving the item. When I felt that returning it would waste both my time and your resources, I tried to contact you again. The reply was that someone from the customer service or a professional team would contact me before the item was sent out for further processing. But the next day, the item was still sent out. When I received the item and immediately contacted you about how to return it simply, the reply was that the only way to return it was to donate it. I asked if it could be returned directly, and the reply was no. But when I couldn't find any of the charity organizations you mentioned nearby and wasn't sure if a nursing home would accept it, I tried to contact you again. Then I received a reply saying that the return method for each item...
Both the comforter and the pillow are big hits! The pillow has already made a big difference for my wife’s neck pain. It’s hard to find bedding that works for my wife and me since we run at very different temperatures, but this comforter nails it. The worst thing I can say about it is to be careful not to step on it when it’s on the floor because it’s suuuper slippery.
The pillows were too flat for me. I only opened one, and have sent three email messages to ask how to return with only automated responses that say we will get back soon. Of course, now it’s been a week. This seems unprofessional.
Never received my order nor a refund and had what I would describe as a hostile customer service experience.
I’ve ordered from Buffy before and absolutely loved it. This time around not so Much. The comforter used to be bamboo and now it’s 100%polyester - The cotton balls in the middle Of each square aren’t very comforting. I hope to return and try another product- maybe it was just the wromg comforter for me.
Washed it one time and it is shedding; it has fabric coming off in small pieces. I can feel it when I sleep at night and the fabric is ending up all over my bed. Also, it’s not cooling - I get hot underneath it. The button buttons also don’t stay closed so I keep having to redo them in the morning when I wake up. I wouldn’t purchase this again.
I ordered the Breeze set in April 2024 and my cat made a tear in it, so I reordered the same set recently (Oct 2025), and it's completely different. The fabric composition is apparently exactly the same as the old set, but the cool, satiny texture isn't there anymore, which is what I loved about it and what I imagine the name "breeze" depicts. When I asked Support if anything changed, I received an automated reply that stated that while manufacturing processes haven't changed, working with natural fibers can cause a change in outcome. Something to keep in mind if you choose to order this set.
