Loved the comforter but after using it for a short priod it started piling but Customer Service was great, and they cheerfuly investigated my issue, and sent me a new one. NO issues at all now! Feels great on the body and has a cooling effect!

Fluffy, cozy, and unlike all my former down-filled duvets, it's silent! I had never thought about my blankets as loud until I started sleeping with this one. It's amazing!

Im a life long side and stomach sleeper, this pillow has been nice but its annoying to wake up and flop it over to the other side with me since I do move a bit when Im sleeping. Maybe I have it postioned wrong, it is a really nice quality pillow but I keep waking up needing to adjust it.

Linen material is soft but the pillow cover is too long and the zippers can poke you while sleeping

I don’t notice it being any cooler, less fluffy so does not look as good or feel as comfortable.

We were burning up under our goose down comforter. It felt wrong ordering a cooling breeze comforter in January when it can get 20 below on the regular. It is perfect! Not too cooling. We are sleeping much more comfortably.

We are returning to Buffy after years of owning one of their comforters! We had one so old you had to dry clean them at the time. So happy they are washable now and SO much more advanced. The breeze comforter is absolutely perfect along with the breeze duvet.

We just received our second comforter. The Ohio ‘Buffy’ was perfect last month in the Artic temperature. Our second comforter is for the cold, Florida temperature. No matter where the Buffy is our cat Jovi enjoys it soft feel and warming comfort.

I have loved the sheets I bought from Buffy. I sleep so hot and they are very cooling! And the cooling quilt has been wonderful, too. It is extremely cooling which I need even in the cold of winter

Can this be escalated to management? All I want is the white duvet color that I have originally purchased without damage. You offer a warranty for a reason and I would like to have my item replaced. I will send you this one back and I would have never ordered it had it been represented correctly on the website.
