We purchased a king sized bed and a standard pillow. Ordering was easy. The company emailed us with questions for firmness then bed was made. Received bed/pillow quickly. Set up was a breeze. No chemical smell detected. Set up in the morning slept in it that night. Husband and I are both pleased with the bed. The pillow was for me. First time I tried to take the pillow out of the case the zipper on the case broke. Notified company sending a replacement case. The pillow is wayyy to overstuffed for me. Hurt my neck so I opened the pillow removed the amount of stuffing I wanted and put it into a zippered pillow case. Still not right the first night so I added more stuffing. Now its perfect!! The company needs to think about having its pillows in a removable zippered case so you can fine tune the amount of stuffing. Overall very pleased with the company. Our Fedex driver wrote down the ordering info from our bed and is ordering his wife one for Christmas!

In the beginning, I was very leery of purchasing a mattress online, but my experience with Brooklyn Bedding has been nothing short of spectacular. We first purchased a king medium firmness mattress, but that mattress proved too firm for our liking, which caused my wife to sleep on the couch. We tried for a couple of months to acclimate to the mattress and decided it just wouldn't work, so we contacted BB and they offered to ship a replacement soft firmness mattress at no cost! All I can say is WOW! What a difference it made, the first night we both slept the entire night with no soreness in the morning (both 80% side sleepers and 20% back). What I liked most is I could sleep under the same blankets my wife does without sweating. I think that helped me the most because I didn't wake throughout the night covering and uncovering to regulate my temperature. I would highly recommend BB to anyone looking for a mattress because of their excellent customer support and superior product. Oh! One last thing, unlike memory foam, the mattress has excellent 'bounce' and feels as close to a spring mattress as I've ever tested, which was a major reason we looked at BB to begin with. -Toby

We ordered numerous beds after moving to a new home and a new state. We LOVE our king size mattress and foundation and my daughter loves her queen size. My son felt his bed was too firm and we ended getting him a different mattress. Customer service was top notch in getting us our refund quickly. Excellent company, product and customer service....I would definitely purchase from Brooklyn Bedding again and refer them to friends and family.

Customer service was very responsive and the bed was comfortable, just a little too firm for my liking. However they could not have made the return any easier! Definitely worth a try if you're interested in buying online matresses, some other companies make the return process difficult despite claiming it is simple.

Seems fine so far, though it it doesn't seem that it's as firm as one would expect from "medium firmness". Of course it's all subjective. The customer service throughout the process was excellent.

First, let me say that the customer service was excellent. No complaints there. However, the descriptions of the bedding a a little misleading. I researched all of the popular online beds. I landed in Brooklyn Bedding mainly because they had a choice of firmness. I prefer a soft bed so I chose the Soft option. I was very disappointed in the mattress, as in no way would I consider it soft. I would call it medium firm at best. Plus the latex like foam is very "bouncy". I gave it a month and still could not take how firm and bouncy the mattress was. It was nice for other non sleep related activities.

Amazing product, fantastic customer service! I purchased a twin mattress for my son and when I received it there was an issue with it. It must’ve gotten wet in transit somehow and there was some mold on it. I called customer service, and I got an actual person immediately, they directed me to send a quick email with some pics and said it would be resolved shortly. Within an hour I had a response and the new mattress on the way. Incredible customer service is an understatement. The new mattress arrived fairly quickly and is just such a comfortable mattress. My daughter who is 14, and not really a fan of her little brother has been sleeping in his room with him because she wants to sleep on his mattress!!! In a time where customer service has gone by the wayside kudos to you Brooklyn bedding! I would recommend you, and have recommended you to anyone who asks me about a mattress. I’m even thinking about replacing my mattress even though it’s not really time yet because my sons is so comfortable.

Great product and great service!

I have now tried two Brooklyn Bedding mattresses. We originally ordered the extra firm model but after about thirty days we decided that it just wasn't the right fit for us as it was a just a touch too firm and did seem to affect our joints depending on what position we fell asleep in. We contacted Brooklyn Bedding and the customer service team was incredible. They arranged to have a replacement medium firm model delivered to our house within a week and even extended the risk free trial period to include the replacement mattress. We have now been using the medium firmness model for about 45 days and we could not be happier. It’s incredibly comfortable with just the right amount of firmness and bounce. The motion transfer is not as good as it was on the extra firm model, it is still pretty good and any movement you feel is minimal. Also, I had read previous reviews about the mattress feeling hot in the middle of the night, so far have not experienced anything of the sort. Have had a very comfortable night of sleep every night since we received it. Could not recommend highly enough.
