Met with Elizabeth who found us exactly what we were looking for. We took the opportunity to to purchase the bed during their Memorial Day sale and we were surprised at how much we saved. Lots of choices and quality bedding.

We absolutely love this mattress! We purchased the Brooklyn Bedding Plank Firm Luxe for our RV and the firmness is exactly what we were hoping for. It gives incredible support without sagging, and I’ve honestly noticed a big improvement in my sciatica pain since sleeping on it. I wake up with far less stiffness and discomfort. The Short Queen size fit perfectly, and the quality feels very high-end. If you prefer a truly firm mattress with excellent back support, this one is worth every penny. Best sleep we’ve had in a long time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Probably the easiest purchase I ever made, went in. Told him what we had to spend. He showed me his best stuff. We got it. He said they'll be here between 12:00 and 3:00 and at 12:10 they showed up very polite. Got it set up with the mattress on and thanked us 10 times. I suggest everybody start using this company like this

I researched beds for a while and this bed had good reviews. I'm not writing this to say anything bad about the company. Not at all. But for anyone who is very large we are talking over 400lbs, this bed isn't the best. Its broken down quite a bit. I've turned the mattress several times. And its helped but now nothing helps. I have severe back issues. When I 1st got it, it was great. I've had it for about a year now give or take. I just want people who are big like know its good for a while, but be prepared to need a new one sooner rather than later. I actually do like the mattress, well made and comfortable. But as with all mattresses when you're very large the breakdown is fast. I really wish there was a bed made for 1000+lbs that way anyone who is 400lbs seems like a lightweight haha.

We ordered a split king set of mattresses that unfortunately did not work out. The customer service we received from our salesperson, Wendy and the delivery and pickup staff, William and Tini was exceptional.

I desperately needed a new mattress but the search was so overwhelming and confusing online. Such a hard decision to make, and reviews are all so different! What made the deal for me was discovering that Brooklyn Bedding had a location near me (in Chicago) where I could actually go and lay on the mattress. They had several different online brands and models there, and the person working there was not a salesperson but rather a consultant (NOT working on commission). The information he provided about the brand plus getting to lay on the mattress for awhile sealed the deal for me and gave me so much more peace about my decision. The trial period helped also! It also influenced which version of the mattress I got. I initially was going to get the sleep topper added to the Aurora Lux, but after trying it went without and I am happy with that choice. Also was really confused about which firmness to get. Once again, talking to the consultant in person and laying on the bed really helped with that (and changed my initial thoughts). Also a big shout out to Derek at Naplab. com, whose personalized mattress recommendation (free!) first causes me to consider Brooklyn Bedding and confirmed it was a good quality for the price. All these things helped make my decision. I have had my mattress for over 4 months and am happy with it ☺️.

These mattresses are great. The problem is there follow through sucks. My wife have previously purchased a mattress for our camper from them and a king size mattress for our home. I made the mistake recently to recommend these mattresses to my father and mother who are in their 80s. I ordered three mattresses and three bases to be delivered to my parents home in Florida. They're shipping it in parts. My parents are going to receive multiple deliveries over multiple days. Now my parents being in their eighties this is problematic. So now I have to hire somebody to sit there for a week to make sure that my parents get all their deliveries from one mattress store. Is it so hard to ship everything at once? In total I've spent just under $10,000 at this company. Never again! I've had a couple of my friends ask me about our mattress in our camper since I purchased my mom and dad's mattresses. I told him not to do it told him to go buy somewhere else. That's how disappointed I am with this company. So if you're ordering one item that's fine. If you order multiple items at the same time get ready to dish out some serious money to have somebody babysit your house to make sure you get your deliveries over a time span that can't be determined by them. Once the check clears they don't care.

Alonso came in and removed my old mattress out of my bedframe, setting it to the side. Then he and William brought my new mattress in and quickly, and carefully installed it in my bedframe. They picked up the old mattress, hauled it downstairs and out the front door. They were friendly, professional, and very quick about getting the delivery, set up and haul away completed.

We recently bought a Tiffin motorhome and wanted to switch out the mattress. We ordered the Aurora Lux with the pillow top with medium fitness. This thing is fabulous. We woke up this morning and no back aches. I would highly recommend this mattress.

I have been sleeping on my new mattress for several months. It is beyond fabulous!!!! and everything the company promised!!! It is unbelievably comfortable, all my neck, back and hip pains are gone! My posture is better! I sleep like a baby and I feel like a different person. I knew I wanted a foam mattress and a company I could trust to use safe products and build a mattress that would deliver the comfort I wanted and needed. I hit the jackpot with Brooklyn Bedding. I like to take enough time to judge a product before I recommend it and I slept on it for awhile and then told my daughter "You need to buy the Hybrid!" She works mega hours and spends a lot of time behind her desk and traveling in her job. She loves the mattress too and the super comfort she needs after a hard day's work! We loved the ease of setting up the mattresses-just follow the simple directions of the side of the box, give it a good airing out according to instructions-we waited a full 24 hours before use with the window open for a full air out-not that we detected any noticeable odor! And then the best part: we are sleeping on clouds!!! and loving every minute of it! Do not hesitate to buy a mattress from BB, they tell it like it is, they build a great product! I can't say enough about them! It's all good!!!

I had this product for 5 years (March 2020) and it was fantastic. But now it has a big dip in the middle and I am always at a angle. Apparently if there is a stain on the mattress it voids the warranty, so dot drink coffee in bed like I do. If I find the receipt I'll still try to put in a warranty claim

Bought this mattress in 2021, and it was fine at first. Now, a few years later, it has completely broken down. It has lost any and all firmness throughout the whole mattress and my back has been killing me recently. I can feel the difference between a corner I haven't slept on and the middle of the mattress (165 lbs, 5'11"). Better to spend more money than have something with such poor durability.

I got the signature hybrid firm about a year ago. I do love this mattress and it seems to be holding up well so far, though I did start to notice that in the center where I sleep, it got a more "broken in" feel, even after a few months. The main downside is that it is much less firm than I expected. I was deciding between the medium and the firm because I didn't want to be sleeping on a board, and went with firm after much research, but it still has a bit of a plush feel to it. However it still supports me well and has helped improve my low back pain from sleeping in comparison with my old very cheap and thin mattress. Overall, I do love it, very comfy, decently supportive, but I wish there was an extra firm option on this mattress style. If there was, I would buy again. As is I will probably seek out something more firm in the future. There is also not too much support in the side wall, if you are sitting on the edge of the bed it squishes down quite a bit.

We purchased an RV mattress in July 2024, it was delivered and we placed it into our RV. It had a 90 day return guarantee if we were not satisfied we could return it with a $99. 00 return fee. The mattress was suppose to be a firm, it was so soft when we would lay on it we had no support what so ever. We had it in our RV for three days. It was not a good fit for us. So the process began to return it. What a nightmare !!! It took us until November 2024 to get our money returned after we had to jump through hoops to please Brooklyn Bedding. They hired a service to pick up the mattress after we got it to our home and wrote trash on the mattress, took pictures of all actions concerning the company that was picking up the mattress and upload them to customer service. I guess this was to be assured i was not keeping the mattress we could not use. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Brooklyn Bedding.

Ordered a medium firm with pillow top. It’s bit softer than I’d like but i think that’s on me. I feel my body has adjusted but the initial couple weeks for adjustment were pretty bad. Super comfortable now and happy with purchase.
