I bought my mattress on July 13 of 2022. It was a King spartan Luxe Medium mattress. Everything was incredible up to one year and eight months. My wife and I start to feel discomfort with the mattress. We feel Less support on the back. Well, its a $2000 mattress and have a 10 Years warranty, I feel confident about this and I just start my claim through email, because thats the way they use, no telephone. I sent the pictures, because they ask you about pictures of mattress, you need to show or prove a picture of deep Or sinking. Well they said, based on the pictures, the mattress don’t qualify for the TEN YEARS WARRANTY. This is the reason I’m leaving this review, because you can’t base your warranty only in just pictures. Now I need to looking for a new mattress, just two years after bought this one.

Originally ordered the PLANK Firm Luxe only to find out it was too high (13.25”) for my requirements. I contacted customer support, who helped me with the return process and ordering the correct mattress for my needs. Just received the new mattress and it is perfect (Plank Firm, 10.25”). I cannot say enough about the Customer Service and the ease of the return process. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding. Only regret is I did not make this decision sooner.

Buyer beware. We purchased a Signature Hybrid thru RV Mattress hoping to obtain a quality mattress. Mattress arrived with grease marks on surface. Contacted support at brooklynbedding.com. "Lucy" responded with horrible customer service repsonses..."those are production marks", "cannot guarantee it won't happend again". Really wanted this to work, but when we finally contacted a 'live' person to discuss they were only willing to provide a $100 discount for imperfections. The mattress is not worth the money. Am arranging for it to be disposed of locally (no help from RV Mattress, or Brooklyn Bedding).

Order Aurora Luxe firm and the mattress has no support around the edge nor in the center. I sink completely in and asked for an exchange and was told no. Completely disappointed by the customer service and quality of their firm bed. Now I am down $1400 and still looking for a mattress.

Purchased a bed based on reviews and wound up not liking the mattress. I waited the required 30 day trial period and followed instructions to have the mattress picked up for a refund. As per there email, I should have been contacted by a third party shipper to pick up my mattress. It's been over a week and multiple emails apologizing for the delay and still no pick up scheduled. Called and spoke to a BB representative and was told they can only email the shipper and do not have any other way of contacting them. What a joke. I have already purchased a new mattress and don't have room to store this any longer. I have contacted American Express and will be opening up a claim to get my money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never buy online again.

I just received my new Sedona Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding and although I have not slept on it yet I want to give a 5 star recommendation for the excellent customer service I received last week by Carlos Artavia! His expert knowledge and patience after multiple trips to the showroom made the buying experience enjoyable! If the mattress is as good as his customer service then it’s a five star plus.

Just received our new mattress (Bear Elite Hybrid Firm) yesterday so too early to comment on the sleep experience. But the sales (Carlos) and delivery (Aldo and Julio) experiences were both A+.

Very comfortable!! Perfect support. Like sleeping on a cloud. HELIX LUX MIDNIGHT is the bed. SS-33 are the bases. Very adjustable. Shout out to Marcel Ramos in Surprise AZ. Great salesman. Also to the delivery drivers, Aldo and Julio. Showed up on time. They were in and out in a flash. Explained everything and cleaned up.

We brought Brooklyn mattress for our home in Arizona and we love them. We couldn’t wait to buy them for our home in Chicago. They are so comfortable.

I ordered my mattress on July 12th and as of July 26th, it has not even shipped. The site advertised shipping in 2-7 Business Days. Today is the 12th business day. I emailed about it and was told production time could be up to 15 business days! So my mattress won't ship till the 31st or August 1st and then it still has to travel from AZ to FL. They should not advertise 2-7 days when it is actually 5-15. This has been a huge inconvenience for me with having lots of family coming to visit and having to make alternate sleeping arrangements.

I love my new bed as much as I loved my old bed, but they were BOTH Brooklyn Bedding! I needed a new bed, and looked around to Amazon, and all of the other mattress companies I could think of. Ultimately, I decided that I wanted to go with what I knew was a great quality bed, so I went into the Rio Salado BB and luckily found Al Almaoui. He took over from there, and made selecting exactly what I wanted a complete breeze. The bed was delivered by two very kind humans, and I'm 100% happy with my decision. I've been sleeping soundly ever since.

We could have purchased and had this mattress quickers from anywhere else! We have not even gotten any communication of order order in 3 weeks. We ordered because our neck and back are killing us and it said it would ship in a week. No communication, no bed, and customer service is not getting back with us at all.

We purchased a Signature Hybrid, and a cooling mattress protector from Brooklyn Bedding. We are both sleeping better than we were on our 23-year old Beautyrest. Out like a light, every night. So that's great, right? The jiggle factor is almost non-existent. My husband gets in and out of bed many times during the night, and I do not even notice. That's great too. We miss the feeling of 'edge' that our Beautyrest had (even in it's final years). The Signature Hybrid is more like a big marshmellow and you could just slide off the side. We have a King size so really it's not a problem per se, just a mild preference. We sleep hotter. I can deal with that, my husband despairs. I've looked and looked for a bed that doesn't use foam and can't seem to find one, nor am I convinced that our old Beautyrest didn't utilize some type of foam so I am confused as to why it was never hot. Maybe the coil/foam ratio? I just can't find this out for sure. I do know that the Beautyrests that are made today seem to be hybrids too. I wish I had cut into the mattress before disposing of it so I could see how it was constructed. Everything about beds is so different nowadays, and so much conflicting info online. And finally, the sheets' fit. We have some very, very, deep pocket fitted sheets that do stay on nicely, but, the nature of the cooling fabric on the bed protector is such that the sheets give the sensation of sllpping and sliding. Don't like that at all. Add some clamminess from the sleep and the sheets are loose enough to 'stick.' Our current analysis is that IF we were able to buy a Beautyrest the way they USED to make them, we would return this and go that route instead.

My wife and I have back problems and multiple fusions. Doctors have told us to sleep on the floor to help with the pain and discomfort but we cannot get up off the floor. So instead we have bought and discarded five firm mattresses trying to find the comfort we needed. When I read about the PLANK mattress by Brooklyn I immediately ordered two twins for our adjustable beds. The very first night we slept comfortably all night long and the same ever since. We sleep on the firmest side and get up without all the aches and pains we had before the PLANK!

Only had it 2 weeks. Well made mattress but feels firmer than medium. Hopefully it will soten just a little as time goes on.

Brooklyn Bedding's Talalay Latex pillow is a life saver! I've only had it for a week, but it's been the best week of sleepful nights that I've ever had. I can't count the number of pillows that I've been through in my life, which resulted in neck pain, sleeplessness, head sweating, snoring, and a huge output of $$$. I knew I needed to make another effort to find the right pillow. I saw ads for Talalay Latex pillows and, after researching, decided on Brooklyn Bedding. What a great choice! It's the right pillow for me and the price was reasonable (some sell for as much as $60 more!). I'm so thankful! I only wish that they would make the same thing in a travel size pillow. I would love to have the same good sleep when I'm traveling.

The bed is very nice, packaged and shipped well. It would have gotten 5 stars but I opted for the 12" hoping for a bit more plush and in my opinion it really isn't much different from the 10" some friends have.
