I needed two mattresses and really took a deep dive into researching the best value for a mattress without compromising quality. This brought me to Brooklyn. What a fantastic company. It was also important to me to support a US made product as I work in manufacturing myself. In doing research I found so many positives with Brooklyn. Made in USA, superior product, great warranty, proactive customer service. I needed the mattresses quickly due to a serious medical issue and not only was the customer service quick with shipping but they were kind! This can be a rarity as I'm a Customer Service Manager myself. Wowed by the Aurora, sleep with such less pain. Incredibly comfortable mattress! Can't recommend enough.

My daughter called your office repeatedly regarding a mattress that we finally figured out is a short queen and we paid for a queen! Since nobody is contacting my daughter I have left a message and I should hope someone will contact us. I don’t understand why you are not responding. I’ve left my phone number as well and this needs to be addressed since we ordered a queen and paid in full. I’ve never dealt with a company that doesn’t return phone calls. Very upsetting and extremely disappointing.

We swapped our mattress out from firm to medium. The guys that delivered the new mattress (William & Kyle) were very professional, on-time, and careful. They bagged and removed the old mattress, unpacked the new one, and loaded & hauled off all the packaging. They did a great job in a timely fashion. Thank you!

While looking for a replacement for our 11 year old mattress, we layed on numerous mattresses in numerous stores before narrowing it down to a few. Some were too soft, some were too hard, some too squishy, some too stiff. . . we settled on a Helix Midnight Elite that was "just right"! We met Steve on our initial visit to the Brooklyn Bedding store. He was informative, non-pushy, and let us lay on all the beds. We returned several times and were taken care of by Janet who was equally patient, accommodating, and gracious. We received a great deal on a great mattress. We opted for white glove delivery and set-up. The delivery gentlemen were prompt, professional, and had us set up in no time. I got two Signature Hybrid twin xls in firm with the cooling pillow. The combination is perfect. The firmness we like for support combined with the luxurious comfort of the pillow top is ideal. Firm yet inviting. Love it.

In less than 3 years a very expensive matters got mess-up on the very first layer, when calling to apply the warranty, people on this place look for many excuses and false assumptions for not make the warranty valid. Then do not do an appropriate follow up once you place your warranty claim Bad costumer service Do not buy a matters here, is not the quality they promise and they do not apply the warranty as they said

The first time I tried to contact Brooklyn Bedding on the phone, it was difficult to navigate the AI phone person. I finally had to miss lead the AI and finally got her to send me to a real person. No one answered and I left a message. A day later Melissa called me, which I missed. I called Melissa back (and again had to navigate the AI who transferred me to the sales associate line). This was where Melissa actually answered the call. She was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I tired to order what I wanted online and needed to call back two or three times and surprisingly got Melissa all of those times. Melissa was what really got me to feel comfortable enough to finish my order online. So I gave her five stars! thank you so much Melissa.

I bought my mattress on July 13 of 2022. It was a King spartan Luxe Medium mattress. Everything was incredible up to one year and eight months. My wife and I start to feel discomfort with the mattress. We feel Less support on the back. Well, its a $2000 mattress and have a 10 Years warranty, I feel confident about this and I just start my claim through email, because thats the way they use, no telephone. I sent the pictures, because they ask you about pictures of mattress, you need to show or prove a picture of deep Or sinking. Well they said, based on the pictures, the mattress don’t qualify for the TEN YEARS WARRANTY. This is the reason I’m leaving this review, because you can’t base your warranty only in just pictures. Now I need to looking for a new mattress, just two years after bought this one.

Originally ordered the PLANK Firm Luxe only to find out it was too high (13.25”) for my requirements. I contacted customer support, who helped me with the return process and ordering the correct mattress for my needs. Just received the new mattress and it is perfect (Plank Firm, 10.25”). I cannot say enough about the Customer Service and the ease of the return process. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding. Only regret is I did not make this decision sooner.

Buyer beware. We purchased a Signature Hybrid thru RV Mattress hoping to obtain a quality mattress. Mattress arrived with grease marks on surface. Contacted support at brooklynbedding.com. "Lucy" responded with horrible customer service repsonses..."those are production marks", "cannot guarantee it won't happend again". Really wanted this to work, but when we finally contacted a 'live' person to discuss they were only willing to provide a $100 discount for imperfections. The mattress is not worth the money. Am arranging for it to be disposed of locally (no help from RV Mattress, or Brooklyn Bedding).

Order Aurora Luxe firm and the mattress has no support around the edge nor in the center. I sink completely in and asked for an exchange and was told no. Completely disappointed by the customer service and quality of their firm bed. Now I am down $1400 and still looking for a mattress.

Purchased a bed based on reviews and wound up not liking the mattress. I waited the required 30 day trial period and followed instructions to have the mattress picked up for a refund. As per there email, I should have been contacted by a third party shipper to pick up my mattress. It's been over a week and multiple emails apologizing for the delay and still no pick up scheduled. Called and spoke to a BB representative and was told they can only email the shipper and do not have any other way of contacting them. What a joke. I have already purchased a new mattress and don't have room to store this any longer. I have contacted American Express and will be opening up a claim to get my money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never buy online again.

I just received my new Sedona Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding and although I have not slept on it yet I want to give a 5 star recommendation for the excellent customer service I received last week by Carlos Artavia! His expert knowledge and patience after multiple trips to the showroom made the buying experience enjoyable! If the mattress is as good as his customer service then it’s a five star plus.

Just received our new mattress (Bear Elite Hybrid Firm) yesterday so too early to comment on the sleep experience. But the sales (Carlos) and delivery (Aldo and Julio) experiences were both A+.

Very comfortable!! Perfect support. Like sleeping on a cloud. HELIX LUX MIDNIGHT is the bed. SS-33 are the bases. Very adjustable. Shout out to Marcel Ramos in Surprise AZ. Great salesman. Also to the delivery drivers, Aldo and Julio. Showed up on time. They were in and out in a flash. Explained everything and cleaned up.

We brought Brooklyn mattress for our home in Arizona and we love them. We couldn’t wait to buy them for our home in Chicago. They are so comfortable.

I ordered my mattress on July 12th and as of July 26th, it has not even shipped. The site advertised shipping in 2-7 Business Days. Today is the 12th business day. I emailed about it and was told production time could be up to 15 business days! So my mattress won't ship till the 31st or August 1st and then it still has to travel from AZ to FL. They should not advertise 2-7 days when it is actually 5-15. This has been a huge inconvenience for me with having lots of family coming to visit and having to make alternate sleeping arrangements.

I love my new bed as much as I loved my old bed, but they were BOTH Brooklyn Bedding! I needed a new bed, and looked around to Amazon, and all of the other mattress companies I could think of. Ultimately, I decided that I wanted to go with what I knew was a great quality bed, so I went into the Rio Salado BB and luckily found Al Almaoui. He took over from there, and made selecting exactly what I wanted a complete breeze. The bed was delivered by two very kind humans, and I'm 100% happy with my decision. I've been sleeping soundly ever since.

We could have purchased and had this mattress quickers from anywhere else! We have not even gotten any communication of order order in 3 weeks. We ordered because our neck and back are killing us and it said it would ship in a week. No communication, no bed, and customer service is not getting back with us at all.
