We had the Empire ET 2.1 6/6 King as well as your low pro box spring. After the initial 30 plus days, we found the bed too soft ( I was waking with lower back pain) so we exchanged it for the 3rd level of firmness for this bed. After 30 plus days with the more firm matress, I am now waking with shoulder pain and occasionally numb arms. Not sure what the remedy may be but I will give it a couple more weeks to see if my body adjusts. After that if no improvements are gained, I hope I can exchange for a differnt style of BB bed. I want this to work out, and I feel that perhaps I am making judgment a little too soon but so far, my sales rep here at the Tucson store has been fantastic so the 5 stars are for the customer service thus far. As far as the bed, I hope I can rate it as high as well. To be continued!

Customer service is excellent and the mattress exchange/donation process is painless and a wonderful idea. We donated our mattress locally when we elected to get a different level of firmness and BB was extremely helpful through the entire process. We love our new mattress and have loved working with BB!

The new adjustable beds were set up yesterday so I was able to open the Ultimate Dreams Euro Top Latex Mattress at last. It was even nicer than it looked on the internet. Very nice quality and was awesome to sleep on. Highly recommend your company and produce.

We got three of the soft beds - as the medium-firmness was too firm for my husband, me and our other adult family members. We changed to the soft and are all thrilled. Wonderful bed, especially for side/back sleepers, fabulous customer service and great delivery time frame. We will buy more from this company!

We love the bed, we first purchased a purple mattress which we tried to love but kept waking up with back pain. After a week with our Brooklyn bed we have no issues and the pillows are also very comfortable.

Although my bed didn’t work out for me, Brooklyn Bedding’s customer service has been excellent and I give them 5 stars for that.

We like our new mattress very much. I am an aging female with a broken thermometer and our old mattress held the heat with each hot flash. I had to get up to let the heat dissipate. Our new mattress does not hold the heat which allows me get back to sleep easier. My only complaint is I don't know which firmness level was sent just so I can choose the same firmness again in the future. Is there some way to find out that information? Brooklyn Bedding is a fantastic company. Even though the mattress did not work out for me, I love their business model. After 30 days of testing, all ll I had to do was have Salvation Army pick up the mattress and email a copy of my donation receipt to BB, and I received a full refund on my credit card.

I have the mattress for a week now and still trying to get used a softer comfort. One thing is for sure; I have had. O aches since. I do recommend this company but not the shipping company.
