We were skeptical to purchase a “bed in a box” but this completely changed our opinion. My husband and I are in love with this bed and would highly recommend it!

Brooklyn Bedding is a fantastic company. Even though the mattress did not work out for me, I love their business model. After 30 days of testing, all ll I had to do was have Salvation Army pick up the mattress and email a copy of my donation receipt to BB, and I received a full refund on my credit card.

The bed we purchased is not the best fit for us and we unfortunately didn't have a chance to exchange/return the mattress in the period allowed (work travel put us out of the country for 2 months), but we appreciated your support team's responsiveness when we inquired. Do love the sheets and pillows, though!

We've spent two nights on our new bed and are loving it. Very glad we didn't go for the firm as the medium is firm enough. Each night has been better and better and I think we truly made the right decision. Set up was so easy! Thank you.

We received our bed in a timely manner. We chose a bed that had a firmer top layer by one level than the standard configuration and we are happy with it. Comfortable, not too soft, not too hard.
