I love my medium size cargo backpack. It is great quality and stylish. My only complaint is that it is larger than my previous Briggs & Riley backpack which I have had for 10 years.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the website, shopping, and shipping. The quality seems great so far, so I haven't had a chance/reason to use the guarantee. I also like that there aren't many of my bags at airports: it's very easy to recognize mine right away!

Flawless delivery and the purchase process.

This is my 3rd product from B&R and excellent as usual.

Shipping was excellent came within a week

Nice job! Great quality!

Easy shopping website and est like the forever warranty

Great Service, fast delivery

Love you guys! At Ritz Carlton right now with 3 of your bags! ❤️

My experience has been great with Briggs and Riley the only issue is their courier which was fedex and is not the most reliable. They should look into better shipping options.

Old standard keeps on kicking out superior luggage for the travel weary consumer.

I am very satisfied with the suitcase. It feels high-quality, and the expandable feature works really well. Highly recommended!

Excellent. Thank you!

Truly exceptional customer service. Shipping was on time and without incident.

Tres Bien!

Durable, sleek and functional. Love this bag. Carries all my work and personal items for a long commute. I am a huge fan of Briggs and Riley travel goods and this commuter pack is just as great.

Great bag

Expandable Essentials Kit Another great purchase. I actually purchased this for my wife. She loves it. The quality of the fabric & zippers is top notch & in my opinion is best in the industry. The expansion portion allows to pack a few extra items, then you can zip it up like a compression packing cube. We have multiple pieces of B&R luggage and love every one of them.

Excellent travel gear. Excellent service.
