We have had really Great Luck with all our Briggs & Riley Purchases. We now have (3) Pieces of their luggage.

I asked chat support which wheels I needed, they identified my bag and shared the links for the right wheels. I received them about a week later and spend about a half hour replacing them. It was an easy fix and my 10 year old bag is as good as new.
