Bonativa customer service answered my question, which was whether I could get just a replacement lid. I was able to get a replacement lid. That part was good. It had to be attached to a whole replacement carafe, which I didn't need. That part wasn't as good.

Looks great, fits well

Did not indicate that the design of the top had changed when I ordered. Also would NOT sell the top only. I didn't need the( bottom) carafe as it wasn't damaged
