Works great, and the carafe keeps the coffee hot till I’m ready for my next cup. Now I just need to find the best coffee for that perfect cup.

This is a replacement for our old Bonavita kettle which still works, just looking shabby. We stuck with this brand because of its reliability. We used our old kettle every single day, often multiple times, for over 8 years! This new one with the digital interface is pretty slick, we are loving it. I hope it lasts as long as the old one.

Great machine. Money spent where needed and not wasted on unnecessary bells and whistles. Customer service is exceptional in response/ shipping/ tracking/timely delivery etc. if this one ever wears out my next Coffee Maker will also be a Bonavita.
