Perfect size. Simple to use. Highly-rated and recommended.

Fast shipping

Very, very impressive. My wife and I love it!

Love it!

Love the brewer. Simple, compact, well-made & love the pre-infusion feature.

Doesn't hold temp as advertised.

Exceeded my expectations

Purchased a refurbished unit. Could not distinguish it from a brand new unit except for the electric cord, which was not wound as you might expect with a factory new unit.

Awesome analog machine

Took a while for customer service to return my call.

Perfect cup of joe

Customer service was fantastic! The replacement pot is perfect!! Thank you!!

This is our second Bonavita. We bought the 1st one after a Cooks Illustrated review. We love the simplicity and quality.

Easy to place an order, fast delivery and a good product.

This coffeemaker makes a delicious cup of coffee. It's a steaming cup that makes it nice and strong. I had a first experience that was unfortunate in that the order was never shipped. I could not contact the company. I found an angel through their instagram account and had made sure that the customer service folks took care of it. I finally arrived. I had the coffeemaker for three months when it had a serious issue. I mean we all make mistakes, but the company rectified it, so I am thrilled. The second time around, I was very much supported by the customer service rep. She was so efficient. The coffeemaker came within a week, which is amazing. The coffeemaker is great so far! Coffee is nice and steamy. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I'd recommend this company.

So far so good. Easy to use and very hot coffee.

Exceptional quality!

Perfect. I’ve had this unit for years. I banged and cracked the filter basket and this is a replacement. Works as good as new. Love the coffee maker. Service on replacement part was easy and reasonably priced and arrived promptly. Thanks bonvita!

I missed my tea/water pot!

Works great! Exactly what I needed for temperature controlled tea brewing. The form is compact enough for my counter. The instructions are straightforward. Very pleased!
