So far the new coffee maker works fine, but it is very early days and I am hopeful that it is as good as the prior Bonavita that I owned for many years. It's larger than the 8-cup model I had in the past, which was a surprise. I took off one star because the pour lid is very hard for me to take on and off. I'll be buying the additional glass carafe.

The first one we bought broke almost immediately. The rubber seal was torn and it leaked every time we poured coffee. It's so nice to not have that problem.
