I love it. It’s amazing and I will probably keep this kind of coffee maker on hand forever. I love the simplicity. I do wish the basket was glass or stainless steel but that’s OK. I love the simplicity of it.

A friend recommended this specific coffee maker to me. He was right it’s amazing. I really like the fact there’s no hot plate and the thermos keeps the brewed coffee warm/hot hours later. I’m glad I went with refurbished to help reduce the price. Overall this coffee maker is very nice, sleek, and simple to use.

Great experience

This is my second Bonavita 8-cup drip brewer. The only reason I bought a new one is because I had broken the lid to the carafe, and broken the filter holder. It STILL makes the best coffee after making 2-3 pots a day for 10 years. I wish the new version still had the basket holder that sits on top of the carafe, but I fixed that by purchasing one, and I'm now good to go again!

Perfect fit easy ordering

Your second machine doesn’t reach the desired temperature. Today my first cup on second machine temperature 177 degrees

Machine broke after 2 weeks. Can't seem to find anyone in customer service. I guess I have to go buy a coffee maker somewhere.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was not pleased with my product- but because I used it I am not eligible for a return. That’s a lot of money for a product I do not like. I would recommend staying away from this company for one with better policies.

A keep warm option would be nice. The caraffee keeps the coffee warm, but not really hot after some time (for a single coffee drinker). The pouring lid could also use some more user friendly improvements- the flipper is not up to par with the rest of the unit. Overall, this is a great coffee maker!!!! As an English teacher, the manual should be proofread and edited for errors.

My only complaint is that the carafe needs to be pre-heated for the coffee to be hot. It's not glass lined.

Great coffee maker, great coffee! Shipping was free and on time double bonus. Worlds better than our old coffee maker and looks better plus it takes up less space on the counter. Really happy.
