Exceeded my expectations

Purchased a refurbished unit. Could not distinguish it from a brand new unit except for the electric cord, which was not wound as you might expect with a factory new unit.

Bonivita charged me over $50 (including shipping) for a cheap plastic replacement part for a very expensive coffee machine that should have never broken to begin with.

Perfect. I’ve had this unit for years. I banged and cracked the filter basket and this is a replacement. Works as good as new. Love the coffee maker. Service on replacement part was easy and reasonably priced and arrived promptly. Thanks bonvita!

A bit expensive for this piece and the super slow (yet expensive) shipping method. . . but at least it was the right basket. Expected to pay less. . .

Works great! Exactly what I needed for temperature controlled tea brewing. The form is compact enough for my counter. The instructions are straightforward. Very pleased!

Makes great coffee. Very easy to use and to clean.

We only brew lavatsa coffee. Your coffee brewer brings in the coffee flavor so much better than our Mr Coffee machine.
