Fantastic coffee brewer, the best I’ve ever had. Makes perfect coffee in minutes

Keeps making bitter coffee .

Excellent

The coffee taste great! I like that it brews quickly, and the size is perfect. The carafe is a different story…… keeps the coffee lukewarm at best. For this drip coffee maker to have such high ratings on taste, I assumed the carafe would keep the coffee at a warmer temperature.

UNIT IS BAD FOUND OUT IT HAD HALF THE WARRANTY AFTER THE FACT THEY SAID IT WAS REFURBISHED

I was very grateful that I got connected to a real human being when I called support for a replacement part. The person on the other end was kind, helpful, and got me what I needed right away. A+ support

Stylish, compact, makes a good cup of coffee (even though I make 2) 5oz cups). The inner lip of the thermal carafe retains a little coffee or water after washing. This could be improved.

Excellent rich tasting g coffee

I have not received it.

It’s broken, I emailed the team and haven’t heard back

A great coffee brewer.

In addition to the brewer, I also ordered filters and descaling powder. Both orders arrived promptly.

We love BonaVita coffeemakers! They make great coffee and are easy to clean. The last for many years even with daily use.

It’s our second, lost first in a flood! Love love love the brewer!

I bought a replacement pot for one that I had had for at least five years. I really like this pot but unfortunately the lid on the carafe has never worked well and it just has gotten worse. Might try to get a replacement if I can figure out how. .

See above.

Incredibilty well packaged, great design too. Using the same brand of coffee , it made the BEST tasting coffee I ever made!

I love it. It’s amazing and I will probably keep this kind of coffee maker on hand forever. I love the simplicity. I do wish the basket was glass or stainless steel but that’s OK. I love the simplicity of it.

Accurate temps automatically and quality. We also love our Enthusiast coffee maker also. Best we’ve ever had Ray Brown

Shipping very quick and box received in good condition
