Kart was easy to build. Customer Service is quick to respond if needed. Kart is everything the description states and more. Plenty of speed for my 8yr old.

Got this email requesting a review so here goes…I did so much research before buying this buggy after purchasing one from a different company for over a thousand dollars that was falsely advertised and never got my money back. I was mentally exhausted from searching daily for hours desperately trying to find my six year old grand daughter the perfect buggy after her Christmas present was a fail. I saw this buggy and decided to call and ask questions. A gentleman at Big Toys Direct answered right away and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient - despite me calling back several times with more questions and reassurance. Good service

I was skeptical at first with spending this much on a power vehicle. But the fact that this has enough power to move two kids riding in it is great. Not to mention, I can strap in my daughter that has special needs and cruise her around using the remote control feature. Same goes for my 18month old daughter who again can get strapped in and taken for a ride. Great customer support! They were able to send me a replacement latch when I accidentally broke it during install.

I bought the Mercedes Zetros in 12 volt for my 2 year old’s birthday. I immediately received order confirmation and within hours tracking info. It showed up in maybe 4 days in perfect condition. Watched a video on how to put it together and put it together by memory, so easy. Everything fit and worked great. Truck has so many features with the push to start, sounds and even a FM radio. The remote is also a really nice option. My daughter loves it. She even has her own custom license plate! Thanks for much for a quality product and great customer service! I highly recommend!

Quality little vehicle that travels great through gravel and snow! The seat is adjustable with harnesses to keep the kids safe. The parental remote is a lifesaver as kids learn the ropes of steering! Big Toys Direct saved the day when another company cancelled my order 4 days before Christmas. Ordered on a Tuesday night before Christmas, delivered that Saturday, Christmas Eve.
