The jeep we purchased will be a hit this Christmas for our 3-year old Grandson. Had a few parts missing and they immediately sent replacements, their customer service was excellent and prompt. Highly recommend.

My Grandson loves the car and so do I. This is what stands out to me, customer service is outstanding. Sent me a you tube video for assembly which was invaluable. Had some very minor issues with the car and replacement parts were sent out immediately. Talked to real person each and text messages were returned immediately. The car speaks for itself, it's everything I've hope for for my grandson who will turn 3 the day after Christmas. The Jeep is a beast!

You arrived missing a part, I emailed big toys direct and received a phone call within 30 minutes. They were very quick to mail the part we needed and immediately sent me a tracking number. Toy runs and looks awesome. My son loves it and all of his friends are jealous. Super long battery life and much quieter than most of the ride on toys in our neighborhood due to the hybrid tires instead of plastic.

Bought to replace a previous different brand go kart that was not the best. But the 24V go kart from big toys direct far exceeded my expectations. Set up was easy, my 5 year old rips it full speed and drift mode. I wish we had these when we were younger! Also, I have to add big toys directs customer service is impeccable. You can email them with any questions and they’ll call you that same day.

Arrived quickly, not super hard to assemble. Instructions were a little vague in places but easy to follow, just had to use common sense. Runs great, battery life is good. Remote control causes immediate stopping without any slowdown so watch your kids heads on the front bar if not using seatbelts. Off-road capability is ok, not quite as 4WD capable with two kids (still under weight limit) as we had hoped, but works well.

X3 Great machine. Will go over anything if you get the 4x4. Literally. Very powerful on 3rd speed. Looks are legit. Quality is there from can am. Steering is a little tight but a 2+ year old should handle fine. I also have to admit on great customer service & communication like no other.

Online ordering was very easy. Delivery process was very prompt. Assembly was easier than expected. It was a gift for our grand daughter's 3rd birthday. She loves the truck and it is wonderful being able to control how it is driven with the remote control. I would recommend this product and company to anyone for a special gift giving occasion.

Easy to put together, My daughter loves this pink jeep. Quite ride all you hear are the electric motors. Easily transitions from pavement to grass without loss of power or wheel slip. Also no wheel slip on take off or stop.Just a awesome mini rig. So much more then I expected. Costumer service is super fast knowledgeable and unbelievably nice to talk to. Very happy customer here.
