Great car, amazing customer service! No complaints!

I am very pleased with the service and support I have received from Big Toys Direct. The order came quickly and a question and support I had upon delivery was answered and addressed with perfection! Very happy with the purchase and the company!!

This ride on toy is definitely a hit with our boy. He has a bit of growing into it yet, so we use the remote for it mostly. I'll say the top speed is quite faster than you'd expect, so make sure you have an open area. Regarding Big Toys direct, I do want to point out that their customer service team was helpful for me. When I received mine, I had an issue with the remote/steering, but they sent me parts promptly to get it working. It's been a good experience and would do business again. Enjoy!

The grand kids love this. Our entire yard is a hill. This UTV powers right up the hill in all 3 speeds. Battery life is great. The one thing where there is room for improvement would be the range on the remote control. About 35-40ft is the max. But, they will be driving on their own soon enough. Assembly wasn't bad. I discovered the hardware kit was missing while unpacking the box. BigToysDirect promptly sent me the missing hardware.

1. Customer service there extremely prompt in responding to email inquiries about products and very knowledgeable. 2. Ridington UTV is awesome, very durable, great features. Extremely quick. Seat adjustability is a great feature. Just wish rear taillights illuminated. 3. Closer to 2 hour setup. No directions for decals. Used website to figure out where they went. 4. Decals came damaged but customer service extremely quick on sending new set no charge. 5. With features and the size of the UTV, is a great buy with room for your child when they grow.

Very happy with this purchase- I looked many places locally and on line for a kids ride on Jeep for my Grandson -Big Toys Direct is ultimately the best price and most reliable retailer. Delivery was on time- assembly was rather easy - instructions could have been a bit easier to decipher- Jeep is awesome

We purchased a green pro and a red pro for our grandsons. They both love them! We did have a couple of issues on shipping but customer service reacted very quickly and took care of the issues! I highly recommend the Canam Pro and I highly recommend buying it from Big Toys Direct!

Fast shipping and great customer service

Super fast shipping! it arrived before Christmas! I had tried ordering from two different sites and they kept canceling my order, so I’m really glad I found this one. Shipping was much faster than the other company and my son was able to open it on Christmas morning which wins another kudo!

I purchased this ride on for my grand daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled when she saw it. It was a bit challenging to put together as the directions are not very clear, but myself and hubbie managed to get it done. Once put together, we had no problems connecting the remote. The car is a bit loud, but other than that it is fabulous. It makes start up sounds, has a horn, lights, locking doors, adjustable seats and seat belts, music connected to Bluetooth seamlessly. Shipping was extremely fast and customer service has been excellent when I've called or emailed with a question. I hope to get many years of use out of this car. My grand daughter absolutely loves it.
