We have had this since Christmas and just had to charge it! It goes so fast and is a neighborhood hit. Everyone wants to see and ride it and know where we got it! Highly recommend, the company who sold it actually called me about our concerns and it was very reassuring. I would highly recommend buying direct vs 3rd party from this company!

We had ordered another jeep for my grand daughter for Xmas. When we went to put it together, we found several cracks and broken pieces of the frame. The company said the bumpers would cover the cranks. Totally unacceptable response. Fortunately after talking to Amazon customer service they refunded us. Desperate on the Wednesday before Xmas, we found your website. We called and the gentleman was so help and made sure that they could get it sent out that day and we received it Friday. Saved our Xmas. So appreciative.

During the install I thought they shipped the wrong side motor since it fit a bit different. I emailed them In a panic the night before Xmas eve with my concern. I figured since it was the holidays I wouldn’t hear back from them right away and my grandson would have to wait for his new maverick. I got an email first thing next morning from them with an answer and solution and everything put together nicely and runs great. Great Can Am Maverick X3 - and even better seller! We have purchased 3+ items from another seller. Decided to give BigToysDirect a chance and they blew the other seller away! The build of the X3 is superior to the other ride on that we purchased from another seller last year.

Everything was great sent in time I even had a problem with the front windshield being warped, due to packing. But they responded Immediately and sent me a new windshield grandson loves it. All is good definitely would recommend recommend this company. 😊

I built two of these in about two hours after the grandkids went to bed on Christmas eve. I bought from Big Toys Direct because of a previous purchase of a McClaren 720 in 2019. It was a great car with all the bells and whistles but these Jeeps are awesome. There is a control box on the right side of the dash that displays the current battery voltage. This is an improvement from my previous purchase. The jeep starts by pushing a button, also an improvement as the McClaren had a key that could be removed and lost. The forward and reverse is also controlled by push buttons on the control panel instead of a mechanical shifter that would be more prone to failure. I did have a little difficulty with the buttons as I tried to push and hold them when they require just a tap like typing on a keyboard. The 24v batteries really last. I got about an hour of run time and the batteries went from about 25.5 to 24.5. Fully charged, the batteries are about 26.5 V to 27.2 V, I'm sure I could get over 2 hours of run time. I got the two wheel drive version with the upgraded upholstery and the EVA tires. I got this for the best ride and efficiency. I did have a cracked bushing on one of the shocks and a missing screw. Customer service was very responsive. Good customer service in the past was another reason for buying from Big Toys Direct.

Everything start to finish was a great experience, arrived on time, easy to assemble, helpful assembly video. I had a few questions and somone knowledgable actually picked up the phone without me having to be in the queue listening to a recording. Would defintely do business with BIG TOYS DIRECT again.

Overall, it was a good experience. The car did arrive with a broken part (maybe it happened during shipping?) but after a quick call and sending in a picture of the broken part, they immediately shipped a replacement.

We purchased the Rover for our nephew. The shipping was great! Product is great-Beyond what we expected! We were having problems putting it together (the engine) so I e-mailed the company on Christmas Eve fully aware they would most likely not call me back until the next business day! I was wrong! They called me within 10-15 min of receiving that e-mail (almost 8:00pm) and walked my husband through how to put it together. They were so patient! Even walked him through the charging process. At some point our call dropped and they called us back right away!! I cannot stress enough how they came through on Christmas Eve and saved the day! My nephew loves the Rover! It runs great and is too cute!
