This is the coolest car, and our two toddlers love it! We love that it has different speeds—it can go very fast—and that it can be driven by a child or by remote. It was also easy to put together. At first the remote control wasn’t turning the car left or right, but when we reached out to customer service via email they responded immediately, called us on the phone, and walked us through how to fix it. We had ordered another jeep for my grand daughter for Xmas. When we went to put it together, we found several cracks and broken pieces of the frame. The company said the bumpers would cover the cranks. Totally unacceptable response. Fortunately after talking to Amazon customer service they refunded us. Desperate on the Wednesday before Xmas, we found your website. We called and the gentleman was so help and made sure that they could get it sent out that day and we received it Friday. Saved our Xmas. So appreciative.

During the install I thought they shipped the wrong side motor since it fit a bit different. I emailed them In a panic the night before Xmas eve with my concern. I figured since it was the holidays I wouldn’t hear back from them right away and my grandson would have to wait for his new maverick. I got an email first thing next morning from them with an answer and solution and everything put together nicely and runs great. Great Can Am Maverick X3 - and even better seller! We have purchased 3+ items from another seller. Decided to give BigToysDirect a chance and they blew the other seller away! Everything was great sent in time I even had a problem with the front windshield being warped, due to packing. But they responded Immediately and sent me a new windshield grandson loves it. All is good definitely would recommend recommend this company. 😊
