The plastic under the battery was cracked upon arrival. I contacted Big Toys Direct, and they sent a replacement body in days to my doorstep. Everything is as good as new, and works as intended. My daughter loves it. I will buy from them again! Very good customer service.

Received the buggy fairly quickly. Every feature on this little car looked and worked perfectly. One thing though, the description says 4x4 but when my son went through a pot hole in the road the pin came out from the shaft that connects to the tires and is supposed to hold it in place. We did get it fixed though. I would suggest changing the washer and pin for a nut and bolt thing but Other than that everything else worked. The sound effects are great. The instructions were a little bit confusing but there is an assembly video that can be used posted on the website. My son loved it and if he’s happy, im happy.

This is the coolest car, and our two toddlers love it! We love that it has different speeds—it can go very fast—and that it can be driven by a child or by remote. It was also easy to put together. At first the remote control wasn’t turning the car left or right, but when we reached out to customer service via email they responded immediately, called us on the phone, and walked us through how to fix it.
