Everything came promptly, nicely packed and provoked no complaints. The quality of the mice parents and big and little sisters were superior in materials, design, and sewing. (We wish for more mouse clothing!) These are toys that will be handed-down to one's children and grandchildren. I noticed mine (ages 8 & 11) played for HOURS quietly, happily, peacefully. They almost forgot to ask for a snack. They are entranced with the mice in ways they were not with doll-house 'people'. Lots of peaceful, constructive play. So glad to see such toys available. Easily 5 stars!
