We have had our mattress for one year now. We have loved it and slept great since night one.

I initially set out to get a big bed! Not only because of our size but because we share it with our two babies (doggies) as well. Shipping was a bit weird because the box was tattered when we received and it looked as though it was banged up on the way to the house. The box was partially open. The mattress is a king and baby was not light in the least! But the mattress was intact we and still very well sealed! It is so true to the firmness and bounce back of the edges. Truly the only down fall, for me, is that there are no handles. Pulling the mattress to put sheets back on isn't easy. We’ve been trying to make sure we rotate it to keep it balanced and that has been more difficult. Other wise we’ve had it for a year now and so far, so good. Treating us well. Would definitely recommend for “plus size/big and tall” or anyone who likes firmness that keeps for a long time! :)

my mattress was delivered to the wrong address initially and then almost again for a second time. So it was delayed coming, but I was given two pillows for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shipping was good, no customer service was necessary. But let’s be honest for a sec…the package was SO HEAVY and took my husband and me way too long to bring inside without a dolly. Is a lot of that out fault for not planning ahead? Sure. But also, I wish Big Fig offered delivery AND setup services.

I mentioned this in my review of the mattress, but when it got lost by FedEx, Big Fig's customer service was right on the job, getting us a replacement and a little gift for our trouble. We were extremely happy with how prompt they were!

I’m almost 300 lbs and disabled. So I spend a lot of time in bed. I wish I made the switch to a Big Fig Mattress sooner. Thankfully the financing options were very easy and affordable. While I usually sleep alone, my lover will join me and it’s very comfortable for us both. He’s the exact opposite of me, tall and very fit, but he still enjoys the comfort and support of the Big Fig Mattress. The mattress is a little high, but it’s clearly stated in the measurements, just something to keep in mind when reviewing if it would work for your bed frame and mobility. I’m 4’11 so I do have to climb in bed or use a stool on higher pain/lower mobility days. Lastly, the reinforced mattress edge support seemed like a neutral feature when shopping but it’s something I truly love now that I have the product. Big Fig really understands all the little ways to improve one’s quality of life.

I am a broke vet student so splurging on anything like this is huge for me. but oh my god. . . life changing. If you like a firm mattress just get it. My frame is also like a day bed type of frame and it is so great for that - like it doesnt sink at all when you sit on the edge of it like a couch

It's only been one night, but I did not wake up sore and aching for the first time in years. I'm a heavy guy. First night was a success, and I'm excited for night two. So far this mattress is living up to all the hype.
