I paid for white glove service and, unfortunately, the delivery men did not know how to put the mattress frame together. I called Big Fig while the delivery men were there and spoke with Greg. He handled the situation in any way it could be handled. Greg stayed on the phone with me as it became a very uncomfortable situation and he also worked hard to try to get a team out to me to put everything together after the delivery men just up and left without saying anything to me. Greg also explained to me that he put his own frame together and he knew it was easy enough to do. I ended up putting the frame together myself and Greg made sure all shipping fees were refunded back to me. I have had only great experiences with customer service at Big Fig and would still recommend the company to anyone. I do not recommend white glove service - put everything together yourself and have someone help you take out your own mattress and frame. My Big Fig mattress and frame are amazing and I’m so glad I purchased from Big Fig!

Arrived a day before due date. Have on bed or platform BEFORE REMOVING THE CLEAR WRAP.

I have only had my new Luxe mattress for a week, and I am very impressed with the quality of the bed! I have had reservations about a "bed in a box" purchase but I did my research for over six months. Yes, I was determined to get it right the first time. I am already sure that I got it right! I ordered a split king. I was used to our king mattress, but it was completely worn out, and I could not use our adjustable base with it. So, I was looking forward to using that feature. Unboxing was a breeze, and the bed was the correct size after a short expansion time. It is heavy despite being a twin XL and I realized after I lay on it the quality is excellent and made to last. The Luxe gives me the comfort I need as a side sleeper but is supporting my spine correctly. Next is the important detail I want to stress. I do not meet the "criteria" of the Big Fig as far as weight proportion, BUT this mattress is SO comfortable for any size individual do not hesitate to buy if you are not a bigger figure. I am 5'4" and under 200 lbs. My husband is 6'4" and only 180lbs and loves the mattress as well. He has sleep apnea, and he said that issue is somewhat improved because the mattress is aligning his neck correctly. Often times he has to sleep in another bedroom due to breathing issues so I will be purchasing another one in a queen just for him and our guests. It has only been a week, and I cannot express in a simple review how awesome this bed is! If you have spent countless hours researching and going back to your original plan to purchase a Big Fig, trust me, you will not be disappointed. I do understand the feel of a new mattress comes down to personal preference at the end of the day, and I also knew at some point I had to "pull the trigger" and take a chance on my first choice. I believe I made the right choice and am one of many very pleased customers. Can't wait for the best sleep of my life in the days ahead.

Best money spent my back and neck feel healed, shipping was great came fast easy to unbox. No sag at all was ready to use in a few hours of letting it expand. 255 plus male , back sleeper , back surgery in 2017 , and two building disk in my neck, I can say my pain is gone because of this bed. Money is worth it if you want to change your life. Sleep is very important for your body to heal and this bed has done that for me. If your 400 lbs plus I would recommend the extra firm just to be safe.
