My friend has a big fig mattress and whenever I’d stay at his house I’ve always had a great night sleep. So when I needed a new mattress, big fig was on my mind. I’m so happy I made the purchase. I’ve been sleeping so well since the mattress has arrived. 10/10 highly recommend.

I received it very quickly!

The shipping and delivery was confusing. Also $250 just for them to bring it upstairs was crazy. However, they were VERY nice and arrived on time. The bed, frame and mattress were extremely heavy and not simple to put together. Once assembled the bed was very comfortable. The sides are so secure you can sit right on the edge without worrying about falling off. It’s been a few weeks now. No dipping or sagging. It’s very bouncy. No creaking, cracking or moving of the frame or foundation. It’s very well reinforced. Overall I can see us having this bed for a long long time.

Frankie in customer service is great! We were missing wing nuts and washers and she sent them FedEx and they were there in 2 days.

I am not sure how this isn't a 5/5 across the board. Other than a minor mistake on the original shipping, which was fixed extremely fast, this was an incredible experience.
