My husband never likes anything. . . . he loves this mattress, foundation and frame that I purchased!! YOU DID IT BIG FIG! He complimented the quality of everything during our installation, after two weeks he can't stop complimenting the frame! It is so solid, it doesn't move or giggle at all, he is super impressed. Actually said "you get what you paid for". As for the mattress we are sleeping better than ever and both our back have improved. He was in a bad car accident and Big Fig has lessened his pain. I am not being paid to say this - but this truly was the best investment we could've made for our bedroom and our bodies. Don't hesitate at all - do it . . . . order now you will thank me.

Fastest delivery ever. . . 4 business days! Easy to use website. Our Big Fig Classic Med - Firm Side Sleeper Mattress is awesome for us so far! This is our 6th Mattress in 10 years! Last night was best sleep in 10 years!

We love our new mattress. We went with the Big Fig Lux & we could not be happier. It took a little bit of teamwork from my fiancé and I to put it together since we went with the heavy duty boxspring base, but we are in love with the mattress & the sturdiness it brings. The only thing I can say negative about this experience has been the shipping. The mattress & all the accessories are shipped through FedEx. We received everything late from FedEx besides our bed sheet bundle. We’ve had the mattress & everything set up for about a week now but are still waiting on them to deliver our mattress protector. This is causing the experience to be rough & not as enjoyable as we hoped. I hope BigFig decides to use another company for their shipping in the future because FedEx isn’t it. Our mattress protector has been marked “Out For Delivery” for 3 days now & still has not arrived. When you call customer service, you get a call center over-seas & someone who can barely speak English who are no help at all.

Shipping and delivery was fast and easy! Even in the mass amount of snow we got! Never needed customer service bc everything was just went smoothly and have had 0 issues! You would think the ultra firm bed would be hard but it’s not! It’s stiff but still curved to your body!
