Easy ordering

my whole experience with Big Fig has been great, from the mattresses to those beautiful sheets.

I wanted to love it and I love the look of it but otherwise I would not purchase this frame. I purchased the King Size Platform Frame, the following is my experience: Delivery: I am in Canada Big Fig hired FedEx this was the worst delivery experience I have ever had, from large custom delays (that were avoidable) to every single box that was delivered being open. I know this is a FedEx issue in fact the Big Fig Customer Service Department was great at trying to help sort the issues out. Assembly: I personally find the instructions provided and the video instructions as severely lacking, provide better photos and slow down in the instruction video, very hard to follow, I ended up needing someone to come over and help decipher the instructions only then were we able to build it. Better and more photos to accompany the instructions would go a long way. Cost: Expensive so I used the mattress that I have which is suitable for a slated platform bedframe. I would have purchased a Mattress as well but the cost of the frame alone ate my entire budget and then some, but the specifications listed made it worth it. Performance: Once built and the mattress placed, I sat down on the bed and the loud creaking and squeaking sounds from just sitting down had me concerned, I initially was not concerned as I figured the frame just needed time to settle into place. First night sleeping on the Frame was loud, again I was concerned but thought with a little more time to settle it would be fine right ? Wrong I have been sleeping on it since July 28, 2026, and the headboard is wobbly and squeaky and the frame is creaky and squeaky all caused by me just rolling over. I live alone and sleep with my doggo combined we might weigh 325 pounds and that is a high estimate. Given the cost of the frame and the specifications I expected the quality to be top notch but it leaves everything to be desired. Conclusion: Is it beautiful yes, does the Cost of the Frame that is Final Sale...

We've had our mattress for a little over a year now. I have to say, I'm very pleased! My wife and I are both over 250 lbs and have had trouble finding a mattress that would last without forming depressions where we normally sleep. Most mattresses are shot in a couple of years. After a year with our Big Fig mattress we haven't noticed any permanent deformation. The daily indentations from each night's sleep tend to settle out each day and the mattress returns to flat by the time we get into bed in the evening. When I rotate the mattress there are no indentations visible from where we sleep. This is a superb mattress that promises years of comfortable sleep. Well worth the purchase price!

I loved the videos I watched helping with the bed set up. The bed arrived earlier than expected.

Besides loving the mattress and customer service, I especially loved the White Glove Delivery service. Well worth the money.

I received my mattress quickly. Setup was easy. Mattress is heavy though so two people makes it easier.

We were moving and my husband ordered us a new mattress. I didn’t want to spend the money. 5 years later as we lay in bed on a Saturday morning we are both saying how is our bed so comfortable still. Like it’s fresh from the box!!! We can’t wait to get home to our bed when we go on vacation. I have to tell this man he’s right over this bed multiple times a year. So, just buy it. It does make a huge difference and 5 years later you’re still comfortable.
