Its almost two years since i purchase a big fig mattress. The mattress is great no complaints. Sleep is great. I had a mattress before which wasn't rated for my weight after two to three years you couldn't sleep my back was hurting I believe this issue wont happen with the big fig if. This review will be updated if any issues or if mattress breaks. If not than its its still great.

Simple to assemble and comfortable to sleep on!

The mattress was shipped very quickly and arrived just as fast.

So far everything is great. We do wish the mattress was wider but its okay.

Was not hard to navigate the website. Arrived in 5 days like it told us it would. Not hard to set up. We haven’t had it long yet. Here’s hoping it lasts long enough to feel it was worth the price.

Shipping and unbox experience very simple. Know the box will be heavy as quality materials used to make this bed.

Big Fig has amazing customer service. Fed express broke our first foundation in delivery. A few photos and emails and they replaced the broken foundation. I'm sorry they happened but SO grateful that Big Fig was so kind and helpful. 10's across the board for service and products.

Should have gotten the luxe. The classic it too firm and I may need to return. The idea of it being a lasting investment is great but the plush top I think would have served us better.

Shipping and service was great. The mattress myself lacks on the support believe it or not. I'm a side sleeper and thought the bed would support back better. Some days wake up with back pain.

Easy to order, fast shipping, easy set up, and PERFECT mattress.

We have had our king size mattress for almost 6 years. Still no body impression on my side of the bed at almost 300 lbs that's amazing. All the other mattress we tried 3 to 6 months and you could see what side of the bed I slept on the big fig no spot.

It seems like a really well made mattress and shipping was very fast, but the firmness cannot be underestimated. I've given it about 9 months and still am having back pain. As a side sleeper I just don't know if this is the mattress for me.
