Highly recommend

Love this matress

Easy to purchase. I opted for white glove delivery and it was well worth it.

As I said in my review. We couldn’t be happier! Good value as well Thank you, Big Fig!

delivery was smooth

The chat person helped enough to sway me to buy, underrated these days to talk to an actual person rather than a chat bot.

Customer service is great overall.

Excellent! Shipping was fast.

Love this mattress! Very supportive!

Just great

Love it

After eyeing this mattress for nearly two years, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased the queen-size version along with the mattress protector. I can honestly say I haven't slept this well in years. The mattress is firm and supportive, yet still soft and comfortable where it needs to be. As a bigger guy at 6'2" and 350 lbs, finding a mattress that provides proper support without feeling like a rock is difficult, but this one gets it right. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a full-size version for my son, who is 6'4" and 250 lbs. We both find it extremely comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend this mattress, especially for larger individuals looking for a comfortable night's sleep and solid support. Check out the review I put on my Facebook page Sifu Tim Berkemeier

Its almost two years since i purchase a big fig mattress. The mattress is great no complaints. Sleep is great. I had a mattress before which wasn't rated for my weight after two to three years you couldn't sleep my back was hurting I believe this issue wont happen with the big fig if. This review will be updated if any issues or if mattress breaks. If not than its its still great.

Simple to assemble and comfortable to sleep on!

The mattress was shipped very quickly and arrived just as fast.

So far everything is great. We do wish the mattress was wider but its okay.

Was not hard to navigate the website. Arrived in 5 days like it told us it would. Not hard to set up. We haven’t had it long yet. Here’s hoping it lasts long enough to feel it was worth the price.

Our big fig is amazing we absolutely love it.

Shipping and unbox experience very simple. Know the box will be heavy as quality materials used to make this bed.
