How we present the reviews
Works as advertised. The instructions were straight-forward, and easy to follow. The RO unit easily provides all the RO water that one person requires per day. So far I am quite pleased.
Straightforward product that is well built and the last many years. I am delighted that I don't have to download an app to soften my water.
Came quickly. Packaged securely. Easy installation!
much less $$. $$ option vs Lowes kit
Customer service is great! They were very helpful in getting me the UC-KIT-A for my CuZn 200 water filter. Very fast service & delivery also.
Amazing
Where we live, there is lots of sediment in the water due to years of mining for gold. I feel safe using both the pre-filter and the under the sink 5 year filter to provide our house with healthy drinking water. thank you APEC Water for such great customer service and a great product
Purchase order received in a perfect package in no time.
Using the unit, and see that to much water coming out of the black tube waste of water.
Appears to render TDS measurements
Website was easy to use and product was easy to track delivery, although the packaging was in pretty bad shape when it arrived.
good
My replacement filter was out of stock for more than 1/2 of a year. Yes, a very long wait but, it was worth it!
I selected automatic ordering/shipping of replacement filters for the time frames recommended. Ordering and delivery process was hassle-free. Products come with clear instructions. The support makes the system ownership simple. "Set it and forget it" type experience.
prompt delivery and it was the right unit
We have well water with a strong sulfur smell. Our 3 stage filter has worked very well in getting rid of the smell and heavy taste.
Excellent service and support.
If you live in an area with a lot of sediment in your drinking water, having a pre-filter is very important. You can see thru its housing how much dirt it has prevented from flowing into the main filter. APEC Water went above and beyond the realm of customer service to help us. Thank you so much
