I have degrees in chemistry, pharmacy and public health so water purity is important to me. I purchased the ROES-100 on Amazon and have nothing but great things to say about it. We use our RO system for two purposes. First to supply RO water to our built-in True residential ice-maker and secondly to supply +pH water to our RO faucet. We went with the ROES-100 for this reason and use an APEC Alkalinizing filter on the faucet side only. I had a 3/8" RO faucet from a previous install so this unit was a perfect match. As I was purchasing and asking questions, APEC was very quick to respond. I highly recommend.

Solid customer service when I had an issue with the cap even though it was outside the warranty period. Has worked like a charm changed the filters a bit over two years after installation despite the testing readings indicating good water quality. Wife ignored the data and made me do it. Happy wife.

Installation was an entire evening of colorful swear words (the instruction manual needs to be updated), but now that it's in, it's oh so good! Our water tastes great and is so much better for our bodies.

Certainly noticed the difference

While I wish changing out filters was simpler, the quality of the water is worth the trouble! Swapping filters isn't really that difficult, but we seem to make a mess whenever we do it 'cuz we forget to turn off a valve, or don't tighten the inserts enough. One day, they'll improve the system so it's more plug & play, but until then, very satisfied with the product.

APEC makes great RO systems. Just replaced our RO unit with the new tankless system and it's the best!
