Unit arrived in poor shape. All of the pieces were loose in the box, no padding or packing material. Then, the pump was not secured to the frame, many of the small pieces of tubing were not connected, and too short to connect. So ended up basically dismantling the entire unit and re-assembling. Luckily I had a supply of tubing from previous RO units or would not have been able to install. Very disappointed initially. I was very close to returning the unit. After the rebuild of the unit, the installation went smooth and the unit is performing as expected. Water tastes great and pressure is very nice. Had the unit arrived properly assembled I would give it five stars.

I am really, not sure how to review this product as I have not yet installed it. The reason I have not installed it yet is because when it arrived, it had such a strong odor that I had to leave it out in my garage. I opened the box, and that was it. For the last few weeks. It has sat in the box in the garage while I wait for the strong chemical odor to dissipate. So I am really, not sure what to do, as I’m not really comfortable in changing out the current filters for these. The chemical odor is disturbing. .

My reverse osmosis system had a leak. The actual cap for the filter housing was leaking by just sending a few pictures APEC able to send out the correct part and after I installed it, everything worked as it should. Great company to work with even with Service parts.

Order processing and delivery went as expected. Takes a while for the product to ship from the West Coast to New England, but that's fine. Thanks for what you folks do!

The filter was not originally sent

I used to hire a plumber to replace all the filters. I tried it myself and found the plumber had installed an important component backwards. Getting the parts open and not leaking once installed was more challenging this time. It took hours. Also think the storage is no longer pressurized. I fixed this once before and it was not easy.

Seems to work well so far, they should have a introductions/ operation video instead of booklet. The initial setup is a bit hard to understand.

I've had my 'under counter' RO system for 8 years now. I find it easy to maintain and I really appreciate the RO water for my drinking and cooking water and my pup's drinking water. I can easily swap out the 3 main filters annually, but I did need help from a friend when changing out the other filters that can go 3-5 years without replacement. My daughter and her fiance are looking to install one of these when they purchase their first house together, because my daughter likes it a lot as well.

Gets the job dine and priced right. I highly recommend this product!
