We are very happy with the RO system, we've had it for over 6 years. The water taste fresh and clean. We no longer taste or smell the chlorine. It gives us peace of mind that we are drinking clean water. I am giving only 1 star because of the customer service. I made a mistake of ordering the whole system instead of just the filter. The representative that I spoke to was not very helpful, he just kept discouraging me from returning the product. So we still have the system in the box -- all intact.

We just replaced our APEC RO filters on schedule. We appreciate that we receive easy to follow instructions each time we reorder filters. We need the reminder of the process. We also appreciate how quick and easy a job it is.
