Was very pleased with the rapid delivery. great system.

Tank is great for adding reserve capacity and gets appropriate marks. However, item description should explicitly show the additional $18 valve not included. Pretty irritating to spend that money, then realize I needed a part that should be included (IMO). Shipping and time. Overall, all the APEC products are solid in my book, and we own several of these systems.

Appreciate APECs help in getting replacement filters promptly!

Great replacement kit. Easy to install

Good product warranty

Fast and prompt service

could have put the serial number in a more visible location after install so it can be read anytime. Now its install I can't read the number and register the product.

The flow is excellent! Tastes great. I am very happy with this reliable system! Delivery was on time and is good shape.

Easy change of filters. Good clean water from the system.

Arrived on time, easy setup, great tasting water.

Attached directly to the cold water supply and has almost as much flow as hot side! We didn’t need the auxiliary faucet.
