Water has been perfect now for a year!!! Getting ready for my first filter change.

Greatest tasting water I’ve ever tasted!!

I have used Apec products for my water filtration needs for several years and have been completely satisfied with everything I use from the kitchen RO to the whole house filtration. I started using their products in Nevada because it was made in the USA. Now that I am retired in South Carolina I see no reason to change. Apec has not disappointed.

System less than 5 years old, blew apart, water EVERYWHERE. Fortunately, someone was home, able to turn off water quickly. If not, flooring, cabinetry would have been destroyed. Thought System would last longer. Disappointed, will not buy again.

I ordered a replacement tank. It arrived in an unpadded box and was dented badly enough to have flaking enamel leaving it prone to rust. I had purchased a protection plan so I called the company and they sent another tank. It arrived in the same unpadded shipping box with three badly dented and chipped places. I haven't heard back from them. When I have had to deal with them they were helpful but I have a feeling they could send me 1,000 replacements and they would all be damaged. The girl offered me filters instead of the replacement tank. I just don't want it to rust out like my other tank did. I think the simple act of refusing to pad the tank is causing waste.

It’s not what I wanted. I only wanted the filters not the whole thing. I don’t know if you allow me to return it back.

Have not received them

Customer service saved my order from being a return due to every screw fitting leaking. If they did not talk me through tefloning and tightening each of these, and shipping me a leak detector, I would have RMA'd. I wish the unit worked out of the box, but I appreciate a company that will resolve a problem, and so I will stick with APEC.
