Upgraded to 3/8 line. Water flow increase close to double

Works well as advertised. Reliable replacement year after year is helpful. Good shipping

Great product easy to replace. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the 3rd system we have bought from your company. This time our system came with multiple leaking connections. My husband and under the sink were soaking wet before we retightened all the loose connections. You may have a problem with your quality control. We move often with the military so we usually give away the system to a neighbor when we move, that is why we are repeat customers.

A lot of municipalities treat their water with chloramines these days. I would not have purchased a filtration system from APEC if they did not offer a filter that handles chloramines so I am glad to see they continue to do so.

Thank you. Great customer service.

Very happy

Was able to get my unit working again

Excellent goods that produce safer water

Great customer service assistance, quick delivery of replacement parts and easy install. Thank you!

Feel better knowing we are drinking clean water.

I am so grateful for your product, it gives us peace of mind knowing we are drinking safe water.

I have degrees in chemistry, pharmacy and public health so water purity is important to me. I purchased the ROES-100 on Amazon and have nothing but great things to say about it. We use our RO system for two purposes. First to supply RO water to our built-in True residential ice-maker and secondly to supply +pH water to our RO faucet. We went with the ROES-100 for this reason and use an APEC Alkalinizing filter on the faucet side only. I had a 3/8" RO faucet from a previous install so this unit was a perfect match. As I was purchasing and asking questions, APEC was very quick to respond. I highly recommend.

Love the dual RO faucet! Very attractive. Great value and shipping was free!

Solid customer service when I had an issue with the cap even though it was outside the warranty period. Has worked like a charm changed the filters a bit over two years after installation despite the testing readings indicating good water quality. Wife ignored the data and made me do it. Happy wife.

AI responses for real leaks not so great

Installation was an entire evening of colorful swear words (the instruction manual needs to be updated), but now that it's in, it's oh so good! Our water tastes great and is so much better for our bodies.

Always good service

Certainly noticed the difference

While I wish changing out filters was simpler, the quality of the water is worth the trouble! Swapping filters isn't really that difficult, but we seem to make a mess whenever we do it 'cuz we forget to turn off a valve, or don't tighten the inserts enough. One day, they'll improve the system so it's more plug & play, but until then, very satisfied with the product.
