stage 6 i had to cut the tubing to replace, i could not do it with instructions supplied. thanks for supplying enough tubing with original configuration. Filters should be labeled stage 1, stage 2,.......for us dyi guys that are not mechanically inclined.

Excellent free shipping topped off a terrific transaction.

The two pack saves on shipping. They work excellent judging by how much Florida water crud they captured when we removed the old filters and how clear our ice cubes are now.

Arrived quickly. Easy to install! Great instructions and pictures. I would say check the quick connections that are already in place. I didn't, and every single one leaked. Easy to fix, though.

I had lot of questions and the customer service was quick to respond with links to the parts that o needed. Great service.

GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. GREAT PRICES.

I’ve been ordering replacements for over 15 years. It’s always been a good process.

thanks

Great product; better support!

Everything went well.

Shipping via amazon was great.

Works great

Great water equipment. The quality and soft …

The part arrived preassembled which was very helpful Here is a suggestion: the instructions should include a picture showing the entire layout when everything is put back together correctly and maybe you could mark the canisters with I, II and III to avoid confusion. I marked them with a Sharpie. Overall very good service and quality. Alex Conroe, TX

Product initially arrived damaged, replacement was shipped intact at no additional cost. Installation was simple. Product works exactly as advertised but replacement process dragged a bit

I hope you the package of filters would come with the o-ring as well.

Great filters for city water, easy install

Your website or communication links are difficult to manage. You ask me what i thought of the installation of the unit. I tried to reply twice now and every time it opens up a new link where i need to add my previous review. Like now. Im not doing it again. Great product but your communication portals, definitely need improvement.

I only needed the O ring that separates the light bulb from the water tube but apec doesn't sells O rings by themselves I had to buy the entire kit. I have about 8 years with my water filtration system so I taught it was time to change this piece in my system. I was gonna buy this kit from the leader store but buying it directly from the apec store gave me a better price and free shipping, thanks. APEC CONSIDER SELLING O RINGS BY THEMSELVES 3 PACK 5 PACK.

Had a question once the item was delivered, but it was fixed by support very shortly
