Tank is great for adding reserve capacity and gets appropriate marks. However, item description should explicitly show the additional $18 valve not included. Pretty irritating to spend that money, then realize I needed a part that should be included (IMO). Shipping and time. Overall, all the APEC products are solid in my book, and we own several of these systems.

Appreciate APECs help in getting replacement filters promptly!

This is the 3rd system we have bought from your company. This time our system came with multiple leaking connections. My husband and under the sink were soaking wet before we retightened all the loose connections. You may have a problem with your quality control. We move often with the military so we usually give away the system to a neighbor when we move, that is why we are repeat customers.

A lot of municipalities treat their water with chloramines these days. I would not have purchased a filtration system from APEC if they did not offer a filter that handles chloramines so I am glad to see they continue to do so.
