I've had great experience in the past with American Frame, and when I contacted customer service for an issue, they responded helpfully, but that I had to contact them at all was frustrating and a first after many years of being a customer. Every item came "stickered" - even the paper goods (mats and mount board) and the stickers did not pull off well, leaving unsightly rips. Will you see this when everything is put together? No, but I did not like that. And all the elements I ordered came packed up inside the frame and sealed up with framers points - a frustrating and unnecessary situation to deal with before I could use the frame. American Frame used to ship elements separately, and I learned I now need to request "no framers points" when ordering. Anyway, the frame and elements are good, but my experience was stressful and off-putting.

Easy to navigate website and my question was answered promptly. The frames were extremely well packed. I am a very happy customer.

The frames look great with my artwork, were nicely joined, and affordable. And American Frame does the best job of packaging of any art supply company I order from—it’s such a relief to know my merchandise won’t arrive damaged. I even save the boxes to transport artwork to shows and exhibits. I also appreciate how easy the website is to navigate, and how straightforward it is to place an order. Other companies could take a lesson from American Frame.
