This is a pretty frame. It is more of a soft silver, with a reflective finish. I’m looking for a solid gray matte finish and not quite this warm in tone. The molding also has very fine darker lines running parallel to the length, and I’m looking for a plain finish. If someone wanted an elegant frame that was not the average bright silver, this would be a good choice.

Customer Service is actually someone who answers the phone and is very helpful.

My favorite frame . . goes with almost everything (warm silver). Thin so it doesn't distract from the painting. Wood is good for punching with an awl to insert the screw. This company sends the frames in a timely manner, always super well packed, exacting on the details.
