Website is easy to configure and order, shipping efficient as usual. As a for er owner of a retail gallery and studio artist now I appreciate the variety and service.

The frame itself is excellent but with a couple of problems :( For a very large print, the frame should be deeper; otherwise, the print sticks out. Also the gap between the edge of the print and the frame is too big; one of the screws went right through without even touching the print. I have photos.

I especially like working with the frame design software. I can design my frames to precisely fit my artwork. The quality of the framing materials is excellent and the packaging and delivery are superior. American Frame is the one stop shopping choice for serious artists who frame their own work.

Excellent product and great customer service

American Frame did fine but the shipping and delivery by FedEx was not good. It was delayed and eventually not delivered to front door and no notice and photo of delivery was sent.

My other frames seemed to be held up about 25 min away from my home. Not sure how that happened. But, They could have arrived yesterday, which would have been great, All the same I was up all night long, framing my work. Very tired, but I am finally, almost finished.

Received in a timely manner. Frames were well-packed without damage.
