I haven’t even unwrapped the glazing because the dimensions are off. I ordered a piece 10 ⅞”x 7 ⅞” to fit a very specific frame, and while the length is correct, the width at the top of the piece is only 7 ¾” which makes it rattle in the frame. Additionally the edges are covered in spots where the acrylic has chipped, and it overall looks like it was cut with a hacksaw. Given the price, I was expecting accurate dimensions and a much better edge finish. I have reached out to customer service twice now and never heard back.
