The frame sides look beautiful, but the corners still don't come together well due to the Nielson 90 degree corner pieces. I've emailed American Frame about this previously, however, nothing has changed. See the attached pictures.

I appreciate the customization feature but wonder why one cannot simply buy a mat, backing etc without having to list the dimensions of the artwork. I would appreciate the option of inserting mat widths and external dimensions only.

The order came well packaged and quickly, but I found the frame lightweight and a cheap looking. I had been waiting to frame this piece because it was a custom size and I thought this would be a great solution. Overall I feel like it was a waste of money as I don't like the finished product.
