Hello, I recently reached out for help regarding a frame that I ordered. Unfortunately, when I received it, it did not look the way I expected. After thinking about it, I realize that I should have done a better job preparing and reviewing the options before placing the order, so I do understand that part of the situation is my responsibility. However, when I contacted your team, the response I received made it feel like the focus was solely on pointing out that the issue was my fault. I was not asking for a refund or trying to return the item. I was simply hoping there might be some understanding and possibly a small gesture—such as a discount or assistance—to help me correct the issue and get the frame changed. What disappointed me most was not the outcome, but the feeling that no one really cared about helping resolve the situation. I have always believed that good customer service means working with customers to find a reasonable solution, even when the situation may not be entirely the company’s responsibility. I would truly appreciate it if someone could review my situation again and let me know if there might be any way to help me fix the frame at a reduced cost. Excellent quality and easy to assemble.

Great quality frame! I will never buy another frame anywhere else. The corners are perfectly mitered and there are pre drilled holes in the floater frames so that attaching my work was a breeze. The frame was also pre assembled so I didn’t have to put it together myself and it showed up in a box worth keeping to use later for shipping a painting. Debbie debbiedanielsart. com

I usually have delt with frames from AmericanFrame for boarding canvas. This is the first 'real' frame I have purchased from AmericanFrames, and I am really inpressed. The process was easy. They did the work from my measurments of my piece and did the math for the boarders and frame and acrylic cover. Which is good for me, I hate math. The frame arrived well packaged, easy directions ( I did not put the frame together, I ordered it that way). Happy Me !!
