Your frames are cut very well and service has been excellent. However, I continue to have issues with your Neilson corner pieces for your metal frames. The thin non-threaded pieces keep the corner from being tight. I have to machine out those inside corners in order to have a tight frame corner. Please correct this with your Neilson supplier.

Beautiful frame!

One side is misaligned. The assembly is straightforward and there is only one way to do it, so it was impossible to do anything about it. The picture is attached.

I am very pleased with American Frame. I do wish that more frame varity came with the deeper rabbet as I create fabric art on thick foam core board. Otherwise it is very easy to order and figure out just what I need for each individual project.

The website is pretty easy to use. I was able to find a framing material I liked, take the measurements I had and put in the dimensions I needed.
