Always great people and prices. Great company

Arrived promptly. Great communication

Delivery was faster than anticipated. Love the quality & size of the couch. I was worried the 3 seater wouldn’t be large enough but honestly 2 adults could probably sleep comfortably on either end. Storage ottoman also has so much room. It’s always a risk purchasing furniture online without seeing it in person but I’m so happy with the purchase. (Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa 122" + Ottoman in hazelnut)

So far so good

Plenty of storage and rugged, boucle fabric for pets. Hazelnut goes well with greys, minks, and marble colors

This is the first ottoman I purchased with storage and I totally wish I did it with the other ottoman. The storage room is amazing and I love it.

Shipping was fast, just wish they offered unpacking and taking all the boxes! So much trash!

You guys couldn’t do it better amazing Easy ordering fast delivery and really beautiful and comfortable so far God bless you and your families with all the best You deserve it!!!!!

Easy and quick

We had a return/ exchange, and it was very smooth. I read reviews about delayed customer service, but I had great service!

Shipping guys were great!

I love it

Fantastic

This is the best thing I have ever bought for my house. It is maximum cozy without looking slouchy. I'm a bigger person and I love being able to curl up. At the same time, our older family members love that they don't automatically sink into it and they have no trouble getting up. It's seriously the goldilocks of couches. Shipping was fast and the white glove service was, while not particularly necessary, really nice to have.

I love it

Shipping was fast and easy to unbox.

Shipping was quick given it was from across the company, but there was some silence for awhile. Adding the white glove delivery after the fact was appreciated.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was incredible. Everything was packaged wonderfully when it was delivered.

No kids two humans had this couch two months and it is pilling. We upgraded to sunbrella white fabric for Kova pillow cushions and is discolored already. We are clean people so unsure why sunbrella fabric is not holding up after two months.

It's was an over all great experience.
