The service was excellent. We had the couch a month after we ordered it and it came so soon that we were cutting it close with the move in date. The shipping service coordinated with us and even accommodated the timing of when we had the freight elevator reserved in our building. That was so nice because moving is so stressful. The boxes were brought right into our apt! The movers were also so nice. I loved purchasing from this company and I would highly recommend it

Overall, very happy with my couch and the service. Based on other reviews, I knew that I would need to schedule the delivery, one of the drivers did make some scuffs in my hallway, and the open end cushion does move around when using it.
