Fantastic

This is the best thing I have ever bought for my house. It is maximum cozy without looking slouchy. I'm a bigger person and I love being able to curl up. At the same time, our older family members love that they don't automatically sink into it and they have no trouble getting up. It's seriously the goldilocks of couches. Shipping was fast and the white glove service was, while not particularly necessary, really nice to have.

Shipping was quick given it was from across the company, but there was some silence for awhile. Adding the white glove delivery after the fact was appreciated.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was incredible. Everything was packaged wonderfully when it was delivered.

No kids two humans had this couch two months and it is pilling. We upgraded to sunbrella white fabric for Kova pillow cushions and is discolored already. We are clean people so unsure why sunbrella fabric is not holding up after two months.

We bought the Kova pit and it was the best decision we ever made on a couch. It was easy to put together and is so comfortable.

So thankful that I pulled the trigger and purchased this couch. It is incredibly comfortable, the color is beautiful and it is HUGE! Perfect basement couch for watching a movie as a family and the kids love it for sleepovers too.

Online shopping was a very positive experience. There was a delay in the delivery process, getting it from arrival destination to our home, however Albany Park rep was very helpful with follow-up on this.
