Very well communication

Fantastic delivery and customer experience and service.

Excellent service, from ordering to delivery!

Very easy to deal with

Came pretty quick and its super easy to put together. Super soft, comfy and Large!

Shipping was fast and delivery was perfect. I didn’t use the white glove service because the delivery service put the very big boxes in my garage and I moved it inside by myself and set up.

I am not a sponsored or paid reviewer & I can honestly say I love this couch so much! It’s extremely comfortable & dog hair comes out pretty easily. Got the box sectional with spruce green chenille fabric!

Great product and experience with Albany Park

Great product, shipped promptly and delivery was easy

i do love the couch so far, but for those with cats/dogs i have to spend 10+ min every couple of days brushing it down to get all the hair off. also my cats have somehow already scratched the cushions and i’ve tried steaming the cushions/brushing them with a velvet material brush, but im afraid its just there to stay… oh well. . at least its comfy lol

Had not 1 issue with Albany Park.

Easy to order and put together but I am glad my husband was there to help as it was challenging to snap the backs and sides into place. Delivery went well also.

Amazing couch, easy set up, great employees

Great couch

The chenille was advertised as more pet friendly, but has shown pulled threads and claw marks from our cats since day one. Despite this, the huge pillow cushions are luxurious! We can fully fit two adults lying down on the short part of the L. We spend all of our lounging time on this couch. Highly recommended!

The most comfortable couch I have ever owned and the green color is beautiful! It looks amazing and is so comfortable that my whole family can fit on the couch comfortably at once

Ordered online and came directly to my house. Super simple.

This couch was a total game-changer. We didn't particularly hate our last couch but having it upgraded to the Kova couch feels like night and day. We've already gotten so many compliments on it from guests who have sat on it. The couch has already seen many naps on it. It is so comfortable and easy to maintain. Absolutely recommend making the investment!
