Great chair! The legs came a bit banged up but it’s not enough damage for me to return it.

Delivery service was amazing and speedy! The couch is the best I've ever had. Everyone who comes over has to test out our couch! I've even convinced a couple people to purchase an Albany Park couch when they need a new couch!

Shipping was fast and delivery was perfect. I didn’t use the white glove service because the delivery service put the very big boxes in my garage and I moved it inside by myself and set up.

i do love the couch so far, but for those with cats/dogs i have to spend 10+ min every couple of days brushing it down to get all the hair off. also my cats have somehow already scratched the cushions and i’ve tried steaming the cushions/brushing them with a velvet material brush, but im afraid its just there to stay… oh well. . at least its comfy lol

Easy to order and put together but I am glad my husband was there to help as it was challenging to snap the backs and sides into place. Delivery went well also.

The chenille was advertised as more pet friendly, but has shown pulled threads and claw marks from our cats since day one. Despite this, the huge pillow cushions are luxurious! We can fully fit two adults lying down on the short part of the L. We spend all of our lounging time on this couch. Highly recommended!

The most comfortable couch I have ever owned and the green color is beautiful! It looks amazing and is so comfortable that my whole family can fit on the couch comfortably at once
