Great couch. 10/10 would recommend

Really happy with the Albany Park Kova Box Cushion Sofa. I was a little hesitant ordering a couch online, but this one exceeded expectations. Delivery was smooth, everything was well packaged, and setup was straightforward—took a bit of time, but nothing frustrating. Comfort-wise, it hits a great balance—soft and cozy without feeling like you’re sinking too much. I’ve been using it daily for lounging, watching TV, and even working sometimes, and it holds up really well. The box cushions also keep their shape nicely, which I appreciate. The design is simple and modern, so it fits easily into the space without overwhelming it. Overall, it just feels like a well-made, practical sofa that still looks great. Definitely worth it.

If you're remotely considering a Kova Pillow Cushion sofa from Albany Park just go ahead and make the purchase. . . you'll be glad that you did! The Grand Pit is huge, comfy, and fits our large living space and family just as we'd imagined. I was a bit nervous about the Snow Boucle's texture and how it would turn out on such a large scale vs. the swatch, but I will tell you that I was immediately pleased. The Grand Pit lives up to it's name and we're so happy with the purchase; you will be too!

I bought the corner sectional in denim performance. Definitely MUST get samples! I would’ve chosen a different color based on pics from website. Also, wish on reviews it had buyers write what color because it’s so nice to see pics, but not if you can’t tell which color they chose. The couch is super comfy. It was easy to put together with another person. Honestly the multiple boxes was the most annoying thing for tearing them up and recycling. That took me as long as putting couch together. I’ve only had two months and I’m already recommending this couch to others.

Delivery was faster than anticipated. Love the quality & size of the couch. I was worried the 3 seater wouldn’t be large enough but honestly 2 adults could probably sleep comfortably on either end. Storage ottoman also has so much room. It’s always a risk purchasing furniture online without seeing it in person but I’m so happy with the purchase. This is the first ottoman I purchased with storage and I totally wish I did it with the other ottoman. The storage room is amazing and I love it.

This is the best thing I have ever bought for my house. It is maximum cozy without looking slouchy. I'm a bigger person and I love being able to curl up. At the same time, our older family members love that they don't automatically sink into it and they have no trouble getting up. It's seriously the goldilocks of couches. Shipping was fast and the white glove service was, while not particularly necessary, really nice to have.
