Excellent customer service and comfy couch. The delivery company only delivered 7 of my 8 boxes. Albany park was on top of it and replied to all of my emails within the same business day. When the delivery company was unreaponsive with my missing box, Albany simply reordered me another piece with no questions asked. Pretty good service considering I discovered this couch on Instagram and bought online. Couch is super comfy and stylish too!

From order to delivery to the first time falling asleep on them, I LOVE my chairs! They're a bit larger than I initially expected but that doesn't matter, they're FABULOUS.
