Shipping was quick given it was from across the company, but there was some silence for awhile. Adding the white glove delivery after the fact was appreciated.

We bought the Kova pit and it was the best decision we ever made on a couch. It was easy to put together and is so comfortable.

So thankful that I pulled the trigger and purchased this couch. It is incredibly comfortable, the color is beautiful and it is HUGE! Perfect basement couch for watching a movie as a family and the kids love it for sleepovers too.

A few cons: cushions slide a bit every day, and back cushions don’t stay put easily. I wish there was an option for a shorter arm rest, and the fabric very easily shows snags. Otherwise I’ve been happy
