Great size and stores throw blankets perfectly!

Best company!

Shipping was quick

Albany Park provided excellent customer service and reliability. Odering and delivery was smooth. They even stored our sofa to be shipped out at a later date. Very pleased.

Thank you!

Excellent service start to finish. Easy to assemble once you get the knack of the latches. Very pleased with my purchase.

It’s a little firmer than the rest of the couch but it’s a great storage space for blankets and matches the couch perfectly!

We love our Kova box sectional in Alabaster! It is beautiful and very comfortable!

Wonderful service and company. The shipping was slow due to the shipping company that was used, which was no fault of Albany Park. Great experience.

Ordering was easy shipping was fast and delivery was seamless.

So I have owned more than a handful of couches in my lifetime and can tell you both my wife and I are absolutely in love with this couch. It is the MOST comfortable couch we have owned and the material is of high quality. It looked so stunning in white that I purchased a new dining table as it looked cheap next to this couch. My kids hang out on the couch now as opposed to their beds now and enjoy movie nights more than ever! We purchased the 6 piece sectional with an ottoman, which was not cheap, but will say worth every penny!!

Great customer service and easy shipping/ return.

Shipping was quicker that I expected and delivery- no issues.

From ordering my couch to the white glove delivery things couldn’t have been easier. Customer service at Albany Park was great. I needed to delay shipment and it was done quickly. I was informed at every step once everything shipped. Very professional and helpful.

I received my furniture on time and quicker than I thought it would be.

Great couch. 10/10 would recommend

Really happy with the Albany Park Kova Box Cushion Sofa. I was a little hesitant ordering a couch online, but this one exceeded expectations. Delivery was smooth, everything was well packaged, and setup was straightforward—took a bit of time, but nothing frustrating. Comfort-wise, it hits a great balance—soft and cozy without feeling like you’re sinking too much. I’ve been using it daily for lounging, watching TV, and even working sometimes, and it holds up really well. The box cushions also keep their shape nicely, which I appreciate. The design is simple and modern, so it fits easily into the space without overwhelming it. Overall, it just feels like a well-made, practical sofa that still looks great. Definitely worth it.

If you're remotely considering a Kova Pillow Cushion sofa from Albany Park just go ahead and make the purchase. . . you'll be glad that you did! The Grand Pit is huge, comfy, and fits our large living space and family just as we'd imagined. I was a bit nervous about the Snow Boucle's texture and how it would turn out on such a large scale vs. the swatch, but I will tell you that I was immediately pleased. The Grand Pit lives up to it's name and we're so happy with the purchase; you will be too!

I bought the corner sectional in denim performance. Definitely MUST get samples! I would’ve chosen a different color based on pics from website. Also, wish on reviews it had buyers write what color because it’s so nice to see pics, but not if you can’t tell which color they chose. The couch is super comfy. It was easy to put together with another person. Honestly the multiple boxes was the most annoying thing for tearing them up and recycling. That took me as long as putting couch together. I’ve only had two months and I’m already recommending this couch to others.

Great experience with shipping, white glove delivery, and a beautiful sofa. It’s comfortable, looks great in our space, and is big enough for all humans and pets!
